Let me know where you end up buying from as I'm looking at going carbon fibre or fibre glass soon and you'll save me some running around.

I want a single wiper. If anyone finds a conversion kit or finds out how to legally do it, let me know.

Less weight sounds fair. It looks pretty mean too. Can you buy conversion kits in Australia, or is it too ricey? And why do the D1 GP cars have that sticker? If they just sell videos, it doesn't make sense.

1. What's with the v-opt.co.jp sticker? Every car seems to have it and every car seems to have it in the same place. Who are v-opt.co.jp? 2. I've noticed a lot of drift cars have only a single front windscreen wiper. Is it an expensive conversion? Why would they bother? Would this be illegal in Australia for road use?

I saw a fair few cars at AutoSalon with custom roof linings, like spider webs or their registration numbers etc moulded into the roof lining... As ricey as it is, how much does it cost to get this done?

How do you know when your turbo is on its last legs?

I noticed my car was leaking power steering fluid the other day, and after looking around the engine bay I thought I found the source - a lose hose connection. I tightened it up and the car stopped leaking. I used a rag and cleaned off all the drips of power steering fluid I could find in the engine bay and under the car, topped up the fluid through the filter and thought I was in the clear. I had a look underneath the car today though (while it was cold), and while the ground was dry, there was a bit of wetness on the under side of the power steering pump. Does it sound as though it needs replacing? Or is this normal? Or could it have been damp from the original hose leak? If I do need a new power steering pump, how much am I up for?

Hi. I have light scratches and curb marks on all of my rims, courtesy of the last owner. They're one of those things which really annoy me, so any guesses how much it would cost to have all four rims fixed? Also, what can I do to clean the rust out of the locknuts? Looks pretty poor. Picture attached to give you an idea of the damage: On the off chance that it's going to cost ~$1000.00 to fix these, what's a set of R34 GTR copies worth?

I am not interested at that price point. You can pick up better looking copies for less. Thanks for your effort though.

Personal preference between R32 or R33. You can afford both. Don't go near an R32 GTR with a budget of $20,000 though.

Once you have a mould, it's pretty cheap to produce carbon fibre copies of front bars, bonnets or whatever. You just have to know what you're doing.

Having a fibreglass front bar versus a carbon fibre front bar wouldn't make much difference in an accident - just when you take a low driveway too fast.

I have a DVD and they do road tests against the RX8. The 350Z wins all the road tests, and then they ask both drivers which car they'd prefer -- and they both answer saying Rx8. :confused:

Can you give approximate costs for the final copies?

If it is only fibreglass (not carbon fibre), then can't you get them new for ~$500.00?

I have been told I need to replace my diff oil. What do you all use and recommend? 2. I need to top up my power steering fluid as it has been leaking. Again, what do you all use and recommend? Thanks.
