My boost gauge is sitting on my floor at the moment, as I removed it from the base of my A-pillar to clear a defect. Can any of you suggest any half decent, legal positions for it?
Who actually buys number-plates? Who would pay $3000.00 for SXCSKY when you could just buy a similar plate (eg. SEXYSKY for $240.00/year in SA), or the same plate interstate?
Not knocking you, it just doesn't make sense to me.
I've noticed that some R33s have small GTS-25t stickers on their boots, but mine doesn't. Would it have had one originally?
I like my naked boot, but curiosity has gotten the better of me.
As far as I know, vents are legal as long as you don't cut away at any structural points of the bonnet.
This is the best image I have of mine:
Where in Australia can you buy fibre-glass bonnets?
In NSW there is no legal requirement to keep a compliance plate fitted after your car has been registered.
Contact DOTARS and find out if you car has been complied in the past. If it has, they will re-issue a plate for ~$40.00.
Keep in mind that you will have trouble selling your car without a compliance plate.
I have vents on my R33. They look fair shit, but you can see heat pouring out when you pull up to a set of lights. I'm looking at replacing the vents with WRX style vents or buying a carbon-fibre or fibre-glass bonnet in the not too distant future..
Keep in mind that you will have to use part of this $10.00 to actually stitch their sponsorship, meaning their contribution may only bring the price of each shirt down by $5.00, $7.50, or whatever (dependent on the size of their logo).
Ahh, okay.
My iPod is on a 1.5m cord at the moment, so it just floats around. It means I don't get much say in what I listen to when I have a passenger though.
That was going to be my next question. I don't know what it does. Could it be a factory aerial control?
The box says something about 'factory settings'. I can't remember now and I've put the car back together. Even when the car is off, the red and green LEDs still flash.
I put this connection together today, but my head-unit doesn't recognise my iPod. The Source button just cycles through CD and radio.
I have connected four wires (as pictured above) to a left/right RCA cable and I've plugged my iPod into the RCA cable via the headphone output. What am I doing wrong?
We are putting together a small number of flex-fit hats and tight-fit beanies with the above GT-R style logo.
I will post pictures ASAP, after which you can start placing orders.
