Other clothing aside, this logo would look really good on flex-fit hats and tight-fit beanies. If Shan and Christian approve, I'm happy to have some samples produced.

Please note that Nissan has not given SAU approval to use any official logos / trademarks. This is why we are not using the old logo, pictured below. Once everything is finalised, we will have samples/pictures that you can view before ordering.

The text will be white when printed/embroided on black fabric and black when on white fabric - so it depends on what you order. The red will end up being the colour of the cotton / ink, but it will look darker than what's pictured above. What do the rest of you think about the URL?

70% front and 35% back (minimum luminous transmittance) in South Australia. I find the best method is no tint with nothing valuable in sight, head-unit detached and club lock applied. Keeps the 411 off your back too.

As for the rest of you, do your lack of replies indicate that you're all happy with the above logo? Or does it indicate that nobody's interested in merchandise at all? The above logo is already being used - but if you have any ideas, comments or suggestions regarding logos or merchandise, we want to hear from you ASAP.

Have you allowed for insurance? You don't want to be paying a car off for five years if you write it off after two weeks.

An extra $10,000.00 is a fair bit to have hanging over you when you're only 17. I'd take the 180SX for $15,000.00 and then move on to an R33 (or even an R34) when you can afford it. As soon as you get your car, you're going to want to spend money on it (mods, maintenance, etc) - so you don't want all your cash tied up in repayments.

Okay, time to spill some beans. In the absence of a volunteer, we will initially be offering one logo for all SAU merchandise. If viable, a second design may be offered in future. Female fit t-shirts. Winter jackets. Screen printed, single colour: Standard t-shirts. Long sleeve t-shirts. Hooded jumpers. Stickers: Vinyl cut rear quarter stickers (above logo, full colour). 90cm URL stickers (single colour). Prices are still TBA. All merchandise will be posted free of charge to any Australian address and every sale will see a donation made by tshirttext to SAU. I am asking for comments and expressions of interest on the logo and merchandise options. Post only honest expressions, as prices will be based largely on predicted sales.
