Really an amateur at this... Well its the psssh sound u hear when u change the gear. Hi-Flo Air filter Box

Is it true that with a hi-lo filter , the turbo "psssh" sound is softer compared to when you have a K&N filter on? Because I have test-driven 2 skylines and the turbo pssh sound was much louder on one compared to the other. What other factors may have made the difference? Cheers
