Hey all, Just wanted to know if it's possible to use the Blitz LM intercooler piping with a generic intercooler core with similar dimensions. The Blitz core dimensions are L610 X H266 X W68mm and the closest I've found to this is a Just Jap core which is 600 x 300 x 76mm (tube & fin) with 3' outlets. I understand that I'll have to get a 180 degree pipe bend made up to link the end tank of the core to the Blitz pipe. Considering the Blitz piping is 2.5' can i use a 3' > 2.5' silicon joiner to connect the pipes together? Will this whole idea work in terms of fitment? Any feedback and recommendations will be greatly appreciated thanks

How Do You Make Dull Headlights Clear Again?
quiksta replied to s13_Skyline_inside's topic in General Maintenance
I use Meguires PlastX. It's a clear plastic polish specially designed for faded plastic and works pretty well. A few people i know thought i replaced the headlight. For $18 you cant really fault it except that you have to re-apply it every 1-2 months. -
Looks like the same HKS hypermax 2 coilovers i've got on my car. The rides a bit ruff but bareable although their not as harsh as some of the other jap coilovers available.

To make a fuel quality complaint you have to go through the Department of the Environment and Water Resources. If anyone wants to make a complaint about the quality of fuel they are receiving heres the link: Fuel quality complaints

yeah being a petrol sniffer back in the day has its benefits of being able to distinguish a good quality high from a shit one. It was always the best for me.

Thanks for replying Wayne. With the number of skylines in our area i was sure someone else had to encounter the same problem.

Hey just letting you all know that the newly converted BP on Clyde road in Berwick are passing off regular unleaded as BP ultimate. Previously it was a discount servo and i think they are still selling the old petrol. On friday i went there and filled up what was supposed to be ultimate. While filling up the petrol smelt different to what i was used to but it didn't click till i drove off. About 400 metres down the road i gave the car a little throttle and it felt like absolute shit. No power. When i got home my catalytic converter sounded load and tinny. Anaywayz didn't drive it all day saturday but when i tried to start it on sunday it coughed and spluttered and had trouble idling. There was also a rattling noise coming from the top of the engine. I let it warm up and then putted to the next closest BP where i immediately noticed the difference in smell when filling up. Drove it home nice and easy and noticed it was idling better and sounded back to normal. I then reset the computer and drove it around and it felt much better but it's still not the same. Can i report this to anyone? Surely labeling fuel something its not must be a serious offence. My mods are: full exhaust pod 9psi Anyway thats my rant. Just alerting those thinking about filling up in this area.

Jumped onto Vicroads website and looked up the new laws regarding high powered vehicles. click here There is a loss of 3 demerit points an approximately $1100 fine. I then proceeded to call up vicroads and find out a little more information. I told them my situation that when these new regulations are implemented in July I will be off my P plates within 5 months. I was then told that it is still undecided what was going to happen to those in my situation in regards to the penalties. He said to keep checking the website or contact vicroads.

quiksta replied to quiksta's topic in Site discussion - including Ideas/Feedback & Bugs
I have cleared the cookies and cache. I am using Norton internet security. Could this be my problem? *Edit* Norton internet security was my problem, however when i turn it off IE stops responding on the comments page. I did have enough time to click add comment though. It always freeze's up in the comments page. It seems all other pages are fine. Ah well Thanks Slim -

I'm interested in another group buy too! -
Hey everyone i'm having trouble giving trader feedback. Whenever i open the 'View comments' page it only loads the SAU banner and shows my status. The rest of the page has no content. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thank you *EDIT* Also tried on my laptop using both IE and Mozilla. Still the same outcome. Don't know what the problem is and feel bad not giving feedback for good service.
