Hey all, Does anyone know off the top of their head the approximate length of the wheels studs on an r33 gtst? Im chasing some spacers and want to know what size makes the face sit flush. Cheers -Dragonforce

Mitsubishi actually make a alloy rim with the exact same design as the r33 stocker but with a Mitsubishi center cap. So yeah, keep an eye out they were standard on the vans lol..

If your car has been complied by an authorized workshop you will have no trouble passing with those child restraints where they are. The fact the cops even picked on you for that is stupid. The workshop has all the certs/tests etc required to say that they are effective where they are.

Hey all, This is driving me nuts and I'm hoping someone else has solved this problem.. On my R33 Gts-t the air con is doing some weird things. When its set to the coldest setting (18 degrees) it blows nice freezing cold air as you would expect, but as soon as it is adjusted to 19 degrees or above it will only blow hot, not cool air! Now I'm guessing that is has something to do with a temp sensor playing up, and I know that by holding the 'off' button when starting the car I can enter an air con diagnostics mode but as to what I should look at when in there I'm at a loss! So if u can help me out please drop some ideas! Cheers! -Dragonforce

Ahh man, seeing your fun and games with this is making me want to use a high mount manifold and external gate.. Less headache would so be worth the extra cash for the manifold/gate. Hope u can get it working how you want it...

LULLL Nah they do ok, bit heavy but meh u get that. the money i saved goes on new turbo so i really feel that a kilo extra in each corner is offset by a 150HP all round CHEERS

Also a tip if u use a strip of leds, Hit the very tops of them with a rough file to flatten them out, Makes for a more dispersed light pattern! good to see people doing fun things like this :)

Dude you have more options than just high flo. Do a search for the HKS GT-RS or Garrett 3071r. Both sound like what ur chasing, low mount, decent power good response. Peace

Hey dude, Very old thread haha! But yes, I had this problem, when I first got my series 2 I had an annoying clunk coming from the rear of my car. It turned out it was my standard muffler knocking against the under body, but it would only do it after it had warmed up! As soon as the exhaust was changed it is quiet as. So thats one thing u can check if you still have the stock exhaust. Also as mentioned earlier in this thread its worth attacking the standard suspension with a socket set and making sure everything is nice and tight. Hope you can fix this mate, It used to drive me nuts! Seeya!
