hi i bought a remote switch for hi n lo boost and the and the c#$t f@#ker wont work the light turn on when i hit the button but doesnt switch over, is the a way of turning it on on the unit.i got instructoin but all in japanese.

yeah nice job there bud when i did mine i was similer but i was 3 inch aal the way with a silicon coverter to fit it on and save money with the metal reducer

i been in this car and is very tidy and got lots of power not to mentoin the the engineering would be a big help i would buy this if i didnt have my car already best of luck with the sale

yeah it aint gonna make full boost while in park if thats what u mean because the engine isnt under load to make full boost, and once you have an exaust every now and then u get a pop

my mates 33gtst was running 19psi with a high flow garret he drove it every day for like 2 years(who knows how long with previous owner) then a piston finaly cracked so i'd say if not running more than 16 psi should handle pretty well.

yeah i agree thicker the material the easier it is to weld i work at webster twin fisher i build boats all day the toughest weld ive done is proberly 1mm aluminium and aint easy ill post some pics when get the camera ive done alot of mod 4 the 32 ill post them up in couple days c waht u think

ah k yeah i was thinking of trying that ill prob be going in 2-3 weeks on wicked wednesday ill put a post on how i went and if the 16 are better

i agree with ctjet i had a 32 gtr they !@#$ing crack but parts and maintance is alot more expensive than a 33 gtst so depends if ur willing to spend the extra dollars to have a gtr or have the 33 which still goes alright but alot cheaper.

any 1 no what rims to use?

does it start to miss fire when it hits boost and then goes alright near rev limiter, trust me u can bearly see the crack if its coil packs, the other thing is that it could be shit fuel i bought some fuel in batemans bay and it was a independent shell station i whack some octane booster and then it ran alright.just a questoin did start to run crap after u filled it up and r u using 98 octane fuel

yeah dude its either coil packs or spark plug ive had 3 skylines and i had both probs, with the spark plugs change the spark plug gap from 1.05 to 0.85 or 0.80 car stop mis firing and the other is coil pack its a common prob with skylines on the bottom of the coil pack were the rubber bits conect they sometimes get the smallest crack u can bearly see it what i did instead of forking out 600 bucks for coil packs was got a rubber gasket glue and smeard it all over the bottom half of the coil pack this prevent the spark from going out the crack on to the tapper cover . send me a msg on how u went with that

hey guys i got a 32 with a series 1 rb25det in it, i put a 3 inch exaust no dump front mount boosted to 12 pound and have 18inch rims with 255 rubber, do i have a chance of getting into the 13' or is it gonna be in the low 14's. also am i better off using 16inch rims on the rear because of the smaller rolling diametre. thanks
