I just got my first speeding fine in a very very long time.. the street is a 60K road but for this small section it was reduced down to 50K (i didn't realise) so i was doing 63 and must hav been caught by a fix camera (haven't driven down that street for a long time and i don't live in that area so did't know there is speed camera there). the fine was $210 sux. had anyone successfully got off on this? do you have to tell Just car?

Ok i have spent about 3 hours searching through the forum but can't find what i am looking for.. Could you guys recommend me a good clutch..i had my eyes on an exedy heavy duty but was told by a machanic that they don't last long about 12 months max. he recommended extreme but they are like $300 extra.. What i want is a clutch that last me the longest because it is a bit of a pain replacing them all the time.. what you guys think is a good clutch that last but not to difficult to drive? thanks in advance.. ps. i got a GTST -II and in melbourne..

Hi me again..i am a newbie to skyline so please excuse my ignorance.. been driving my new car around and this is what i notice that doesn't seem right.. 1. The gear shift is a bit gritty..is that normal or is time to replace the clutch? 2. The clutch pedal is a bit squaky - anyone experience this and any know how to fix? 3. The engine cooling fan is a bit loose.. what i mean by that is when the engine is off (off course) i turn the engine fan manually and there wasn't a lot of resistant.. is that normal with your's or do i need a new fan? if i do where do i pick one up? Other than that the car is bautiful so far.. My car is under warranty with AVWG.. anyone dealt with them before or know machanics that are registered with them? THanks for your help guys...

what do you mean by deadened? and how do you do it.. and yes please post some pics.. is it easy to take the door panel off?

Hi guys and gils, I just got my Series II and want to put in a DVD sytem. I need your help on the best (reasonable prices) system that will include the following: Single DIN DVD with Screen (thinking of either kenwood or sony) Front Split Rear speakers that will slot directly into the stock pod 4 channel amp to run the four speakers 12 or 10 inch sub with amp to power. i want something that sound good but not one that shakes the car when i turn it on loud. any recommendations is greatly appreciated.. ps. if you can tell me where i can get a good deal is really appreciated btw i live in melbourne

Hi fellow Skyline owners.. I am now a new proud owner of a series 2 GTS-T.. picking it up in about a week (getting comply and all that).. Being a first time Skyliner.. can someone give me some tips on what to look out for with this baby and most important can you recommend a reputable place to service the car at in VIC? and where can i get after market stuff? I will be putting an alarm and dvd sound system in the car too? can you guys recommend a good place?
