  1. ( fingers crossed) yeah it was the low reading that was really high, hence there wasn't really a low reading =/
  2. It was giving soem weird readings =/ Thisafter noon should tell if it's the AFM, i'm putting in a mates, however if it's teh signal, then that woudlnt' be the AFM right??? =/ Hmmm all pulgs are fine, (especcially the AFM) and i tried resetting the ECU on the day this first happened =/
  3. I can't get it to run, so i can't hold it at 3000rpm, it just instantly stalls =/ It sounds like it's starting fine, which sujests no spark problems but it just cuts out striaght away =/
  4. That would be awesome, woudl you be abel to bring it tonight??? I can get out there in my old mans car.
  5. Hmmm i cut a spanner and put that much torque on it, that the ring end opened. Anna does your socket have a slit in it to go over the cord? Thanks guys for the reply, i'll try my mates AFM
  6. Funny you say that, i have a new O2 sensor sitting here waiting to go in, just can 't crack the old one =/ AFM seems to be functioning fine.
  7. Was that the exhaust kits going for around $450 without the dump pipe?
  8. I'll go grab my old mans Multimetre and give it a go now, thanks bud i'll get back to you. BTW it's a S1
  9. Thanks cubes, i appricate the reply, that was one of the first things i checked (when i was checkign for plugs) made sure he was plugged in. Can an AFM just root itself over like that in a day =/ I forgot to mention engine wise my cars pretty stock.
  10. Hey guys, i didn’t' exactly know what section to put this in, so i posted here: I know these topics are hard to answer over the net, and without seeing the car as it could be lots of things, but I’m just after ideas or experiences so i can attack this with a process of elimination. Basically my car has been driving fine, no problems nothing. Two days ago i started it and moved it out of my garage, then drove it around and parked in front of my house. This was fine and nothing out of the ordinary, started straight away like normal and ran fine. Anyway yesterday i started my car and it kicked over started, then just as it started it cut out, (stalled) I did this again and again each time it would start perfectly and then the same seconds it started and you normally think ok cool it's running now it cut straight out. Today i tried again and this time it started ( i throttled this time thinking it would do the same as the day before) and it idled really rough with the aid of my right foot for about 10 seconds then did the same thing, i tried to start it again and the same as the day before. I've gone over the whole car and made sure everything’s plugged in etc. I’m really stuck. Thanks for your time guys, any opinions are welcomed, I’m really stuck, and i cant' exactly drive it to a mechanic atm =/
  11. If that corolla had lame airbrushing all over it, and a huge front mount, then i spotted him beign defected in Kings Cross
  12. Wooooooooooooooooooooo HSC IS OVER!
  13. As soon as you go for a drive, asuming you use the brakes it'll come off, nothing to worry about.
  14. Through Kulnura, buckety out to wollimbi??? Sometime i drive that way for fun at night, or the back way to Yarramalong, the roads arn't that bad up this end, but if you go that way, doesnt' it go to dirt?
  15. Last exam tomorrow
  16. This sounds interesting, i'll have to keep my eye on this thread
  17. Na you'll be sweet the SC is a breeze, you really dont' have to study or anything i walked in on a year of stuffing around and got in the 80% for all subjects, it's piss easy man all my mates went good as well. Just think though, if you plan to stay on at high school then your SC isnt' worth the paper it's printed on, once you get your HSC (assuming you stay on) the SC is useless. How did you guys find maths yesterday??? I thought it was a pretty fair test, but how shitty was question 28 (the last one) =/
  18. Yeah i crammed till 2:30am, and was up at 6:30am sat a 3hour test on 4hours sleep =/ i thought it was fairly easy, let hope my results show that =) Hmmm there are soem fairly smart ppl here on SAU i'd defently expect to find som eppl with high 90's.

  23. I think were pretty safe on that front my old man did 4unit maths back in the day, so he's been able to help me heeps with my lower level 2unit =/
