Pretty much anything that makes your car handle, perform, look better or promote complete combustion, (which is ironic) as alot of mods full under EPA violations). I think these days what seems to be common on what's defectable or not comes down to your attitude to driving or in general, and the attitude of the so called "law inforcers." Apparently an aftermarket gear knob which doesn't have the H pattern on it, or if you dont' have it anywhere near the gear knob is ment to be a defect. So competeing agains bull shit regulations, as stated above, just avoid "hot spots" and don't creat to much attention to yourself.

That sucks, lucky mine was at the start of the, year. Theres a few of us here on SAU sitting the HSC. As for your 18th, i to got sick of the question, what do you want, what do you want, but then again you have to think of it as, hey these ppl are wanting to shower me with gifts =) i should get annoyed. Hmmm if you have a party most ppl (like not your close mates) will part with $30, so just ask for liquar land valchours, or repco or somthing, thats what i got, or better still. Just ask for case's of beer, or bottles of spirts, it can never hurt to stock up, regardless if your going to be able to drink them in the next few weeks.

It's like the current water problem, the population increases however the and the inferstructure stays the same, it gets to a point where it's two late and then the powers at be say shit whate are we going to do. Same with roads, there are just so many more people on the roads, and traffic. P-plators are jus the scape goat, to take the emphsis of another f**k up where the inferstructure isn't there to support growth. They shoudl start looking at them selfs to creat better roads, so the experence drivers as well have less chances of prangs. Manage roadworks/existing roads better minimising traffic and causing ppl to make quick decisions. Building better roads/more roads, or even more tracks to keep "street raceing" of public roads.

My mothers work deals with statistics on these issues, and it's be proved an "advance driving course makes you, more at risk of having an accerdent" not sure if this was in gerneral, i think it just related to young drivers (p-platers)

I got my R33 when i was on my red p's (now on my greens) and i got my licenece abtou a month before the turbo law came in, hence i drive a turbo. The majority of my year at school fall under the new restrictions, and it's this majority that want to be dicks in there crappy cars. Most of the time to get one of these cars on the banned list (excluding old commodores) the kid has had to work there ass off and save for a car, i think this gives an apprication and leads them to respect there car more. The dickhead p platers righting of GTR's and skylines back in the old days, seemed to be in there dads cars or from a well of back ground (hence being bought the car) Waiting to being 18 is just silly, many of my friends left school in yr10 and obviously got jobs, they can't expect there mother to drive them to work, and in some case's public transport isn't always an option, and when it is, it's never reliable. Attempts to bring in limited passangers is stupid, they recon they will save more lives, more like increase the number of ppl drink driving. Honstly 1 designated driver to a person =/ 50% of a party not being able to drink... pfffffftt

Looks awsome man, will you be doing custom graphic designs for other people cars? If you had enough interest you could run a GB maybe. I'd be keen for somthign a little different to run for a while, looks really cool, a sure way to make your car stand out from the rest.

I hate this thread, the more i read it the more i wish i had come. Well the sutddying payed of i wrote over 15 A4 pages in 2hours =/ which i guess is all right lets, hope what i wrote was actully decent. This summer we shoudl haev heeps more joint cruises, wisemans, huntervalley, ect ect lots of videos , lots of pics =)

I'll defently search for it, kinda keen to read up on Stagea's anyway =) now that i dont' have anotehr HSC exam till friday i'll get into it. It's been 3 days since i've seen those pics and still i keep looking at them, i made my mate download them =) i've never had a car grown on me so much. Just the thoght of getting my amp in the back and towing a dirt bike make it so attractive as well

Hmm i'm tossing up with the badge, GTR badges are shit on GTS-T's becuase there trying to make it look like somthing it's not a grt of that gts-t model. Where on a Stagea the gtr badge isn't trying to make it look like something it's not, i mean if there was a genuin GTR stagea it would be a different story. It's like running a differnt nissan badge i guess, i see teh GTR badge as teh Ulitmate nissan, and if you built a ulitmate Stagea, with gtr front end like that and if it had a rb26 in it, also with the 4wd i'd say it's GTR badge worthy. I dunno thats my two cents. On a different note, i'm really annoyed, i was quite content with my current car and thought it would do me for the next few years. I mean i always said i want somthign faster, beter handling, rarer, so obviosuly i always thought GTR, and said yah give it 4-6 years and i'll own one. But now i'm not content at all with my car, i've put a picture of that Stagea on my desktop and it keeps looking at me. I think of the ability to put by guitar amp in the back, and not just my small amp i can fit my whol stack in. And if i got a tow bar (allthough i wouldn't want to tow with it) i'm sure i coudl use a small 200Kg trailer, with my dirt bike on it =) I wish i never saw these pictures.............. They only thing i wish a Stagea coudl acheive, actully i dunno if it would look any good, is a Stagea with stove lights. Where someones taken teh time to fabricate skyline lights into the back. Do these pictues exist anywhere.

Will do, i could look at these pics all day, it's weird i've never had a car... i dunno, i'm forever seeing cars i like and feel i'm never content, but it's a different thing between actully thinking about a prefered car and wanting one. I want to build a Stagea like that one day =)
