Can anybody shed some light about 1. Do i have to cut anything out of my car body to fit it in? 2. Does the cooler just bolt on with brackets? 3. The just Jap FMIC doesnt have a nipple on one of the pipes that connects to some hose part of the turbo? <---- most confused by this bit Sorry for the ignorance just don't know a whole lot about my skyline although im slowly learning after having owned it for 3 yrs lol

ahh dude i feel your pain, a month ago i got busted doing 34 kms over the speed limit in my R33 but now that ive had time to think about it. it was really stupid to be going that fast in the first place so just slow down, before u know it you will have no demirit points and no licence so just cop the penalty and realise that you just cant go 41 kms over the speed limit, its really not worth it just slowww down there are speed limits for a reason.
-
Going to have to give this a shot. My latch has been Giving me the S!@#$ ever since i bought my R33. Seems like pretty common thing

Would somebody be able to tell me how the police use there Arial Patrol helicopter in Victoria . Like can they detect your speed by radar then send you a fine in the Mail?? or do they have to have a squad car on the ground to pull you over.
-
Well yeahh I understand how stupid it was and It was a Mistake but yehh shit happens life aint to bad, I told my Bosses today and one of them nick nammed me the "Road Runner" LoL so they took it pretty well and said we will give u a month holiday in anual leave and u can have a nice little holiday so i was like Sweeet. So everythings worked out fine so far. i understnad most of u have no Sympathy and i totaly understand that I was 34kms over the limit i would of expected to Get Fisted for it...

Hey Guys.. Well Ive had my R33 Gts-t for a month now and Last night i was driving home from philip Island at about 11:30pm and i got caught on Radar going 114kms in a 80kms Zone. So i got a $280 fine and a 1 month suspension of Licence. What sucks the most is that the speed limit had just gone down from 100 to 80, and the overtaking lane had just opened up about 500 meters back, There was about 15 cars in the left hand lane which were all going about 80kms when it was still the 100kms zone so i just thought i would boot it a little to get past them all.. I got past them thinking i was sweet then a cop came from knowhere and pulled me over and said " why were u going 114 in a 80 zone and i explained i thought i was only going 90( which i was when i got pulled over) turned out the cop had picked me up from 300 Meters Away What sucks the most is that i am a delivery driver for a civil supplies company and drive sometimes over 400kms a day. So tommrrow im going to have to grow the balls and front up to the bosses and explain what happned... Ahhh this sucks....... Is there any chance i can dispute the suspension?? just wondering if anyone has succesfully disputed it and came out on top. Any replies would be great Thanks............

Hey Guys i just wanted to post some pictures of my new ride. I used to own a VN commodore wagon until i blew a head gasket so decided to get myself a new car i was either going to get a 300zx or a Skyline I picked it up the day before christmas so its been the best present ever!! I am very glad i got a skyline, this thing is just unbelivable to drive u take ur eye of the speedo for one second and u are allready at 140kms I have been browsing these forums for a few weeks now and have seen a few ppl saying the R33 drives like a whale to whoever said that try driving a vn station wagon now that is a whalee!! and some ppl thinking the R33 looks like a Toyota Camery lol i really dont see how but yehhh... 2 things ive noticed since owning it. a ticking noise comming from the Ac unit when switching on the ignition the ticking only last for about 5-10 secs has anyone else had this problem. Another thing is somtimes mainly when its cold it seems to be lacking a fair bit of power it just doesnt want to go sometimes its only happned a few times but its quite anoying not getting the full power out of this beast. Also since owning it i have put a hole in the bumper behind the rear tyre from stones getting stuck in the tyres then getting flicked back into it. does anyone rekon its worth fixing?? ok ill shutup now and put some pics in. car2.bmp car4.bmp car5.bmp car6.bmp
