Hey all, Im looking for an intercooler for my car at the moment. But I have been thinking, because I will be putting in a pod, would it be better off if i put in an r34 side mount intercooler? Would this fit the R33? And most importantly would this be legal (considering that I am going to have a pod filter running too)? Obviously the power gains wont be as good as a FMIC, but roughly what will I be looking at if my car was running an aftermarket turbo back exhaust, pod and the r34 side mount intercooler? Thanks all for your advice Edit - is there any other decent side mount intercoolers that are worth looking at (as well as legal)?

Doesnt matter whether or not you are a member of the club. Speeding in the wet is bad enough for anyone. Speeding in the wet and losing traction, is stupid. Doing all that in front of the police, entitles you to loose your car - no questions asked. Im probably not in the right position to say this (as i am not a member), but perhaps that member should loose his membership or something. No refunds or anything. Providing, as The Baron has said, that the guy is indeed a member and didnt just buy the car off someone who was a member of the club. Take care out there guys, it has been pretty wet the last couple of days, we dont want to see anyone getting hurt or killed.

Good thing the skylines have both normal and driving lights....can use the driving lights in case of emergency.

sounds to me like the same problem that I had with my car - the welsh plug was rusted like a mofo, and it leaked through there. Im not sure about the gasket, but take it to a reputable mechanic to get it checked out. If its not under warranty, be prepare to pay a fair bit. Good luck bud.

Hmm...sounds like this customer we had at myer who went around to all the stores putting deposits on this plasma tv - then going around to every other store and reducing the prices. Im sorry, but I hate people like that. You can haggle, but haggle after you have seen the car, test driven it and if you are genuinely interested in it.

Speak to BATMBL about his products - highly recommend them. And then go for a cat back of your choice. Remember 93db (or something like that) is the legal limit.

I always find myself browsing HPI and wheels at borders in chaddy. HPI is better for imports obviously, but wheels is also good for everyday cars and so on. Depends on what you want to target - I found out about RE Customs from SAU. how about other forums?

Yeah my skyline's horn is pretty much non-existant! The exhaust makes a louder sound than that! Should upgrade the horn to something like police sirens - that oughta scare the crap out of those stupid drivers.....

Hahaha, if u saw a white s2 r33 behind them, that was me and my friend. One of them was smiling and looking at us when we were going beside them at fitzroy street. Then when it got to chapel, it got crazy, every guy there was trying to ask them for a lift hahaha....crazy shit

once u get into a skyline, expect all this crap to happen to you. But dont let that get to you, just enjoy the car

Me and a friend were cruising around the City and chapel st and so on - amazed to see sooo many skylines about. And also amazed that we are still alive. This stupid female driver in a white toyota hatch, changed lanes on us with no headcheck, and no signals!! This was near Melbourne uni (parkville campus). She must have gotten worried as we were behind her, so she sped off - stupid stupid woman! But the night got better, when we were driving around and some chics were in this limo - 2 of them were standing through the sunroof, and one was leaning out the window. All were fine as! We were behind them for a bit, then we decided that they were too boring and hopped on the fwy! Saw a couple of nice r34s, heaps of r33's and i think 1 or 2 r32s - damn its sooo good to own a nice machine!!

optimax is also pretty good - but in my experience (my car is stock) ultimate does the best. what have u been using? try it with all the top of the range fuels - see which is better.

no point in offering cash if one doesnt even know what the car is like....
