  4. You didnt by any chance drive around MT Waverley last week did you? Saw a white R34, back looked very similar, going around leeds or headingly road. I was walkin my beagle Hmm, the wing on the silver one was rather massive, it was the supra style wing that we see on some R34s (saw that car at night though). I will keep an eye out for yours though.
  5. Some nice R34's going around. There are 2 more that i keep seeing outside century city, a yellow and a silver one - wonder if they are from SAU. Didnt anjoO's car have different rims? (or am i mistaken) And those 2 other black r34s with the kits - freaking sexy lookin machines!
  6. doesnt the skyline already have an oil pressure guage and a boost gauge? So why would anyone need an aftermarket gauge?

  8. didnt get mine from just jap - but all i can say is that the PE2 is such an awesome exhaust - very quiet too - so chances of getting a canary is very minimal....nice rumble to it, specially in the 4k-6k range......
  9. Strangest thing with mine - after i put my aftermarket turbo back exhaust its gone from 6.7klms/ltr to 7.3klms/ltr very strange....(rest of the car is stock)

  12. check the wheels/suspension/steering rod etc - that seemed like a big dent to me. Just a precautionary measure thats all. Good luck bud.

  14. the $2k-$4k will easily cover stage 1 mods! That being - full exhaust, pod, FMIC, ecu (with tune) and boost controller. (i think thats all isnt there?) Do the basics first. E.g I have just put on the exhaust, next is pod and FMIC - should get me some good power gain. Do them first, then get the ecu etc. thats my opinion though.
  15. damn man, that must have been painful to see or hear! Anyway, back to the black r32 in question. Check the list made by merli as a means of double checking your new car when it arrives. The after markets will ahve to be removed prior to compliance - and also beware of thieves stealing the smaller items while its on transit. (im assuming the car hasnt arrived in Aust yet)
  16. yeah, ur right, engine bay is very clean - id ask him if the panels were changed or not. If they panels have a shiny-ish colour, it most probably has been changed (which means accident perhaps). Overall though, thats one sexy R32! enjoy bud!
  17. correct me if i am wrong, but i thought if both pipes are functional, you get less power coming out.
  18. I currently got a trust pe2 on my car with BATMBL's dump/front pipe and cat - is very quiet!
  19. ok...i just had a big nite out - so i think i talk more sense now than when im normal....hmmm anyway id suggest turning ur cat back into a turbo back. ask BATMBL about his s/steel split dump/front pipe and large cat - he might have a group buy soon. Next id probably go front mount intercooler. Those along with ur k&n pod will have a significant increase in power. Change ur K&N to an Apex-i pod - that will be a better one to use. you are probably looking at a power of about 170 rwkws. Add to that an after market ecu (i know nothing about these yet - im doing my research still) u should be nearing the 190rwkws - but i believe when u get one of these u need a tune up. To hit the 200+ rwkws u can boost ur turbo a bit - but this will probably shorten the life of the turbo. But please take this in - with that power increase, you are looking at a pretty god damn fast car. Drive it carefully. Make the necessary adjustments to ensure that there is plenty of grip and dont do anything rash on the roads. Lastly - this is what i have read, i dont know if those figures are exact - the other more experienced guys can verify if i am correct or not. Edit: max turbo boost i believe is 15psi. I am gonna leave mine stock, but looking to invest in an Apex-i pod, FMIC by the end of this year.
  20. RIP to those who died. When i took my L's apparently we needed 120 hrs of driving experience. The L's last for 2 years (16 year old - when you turn 18). The 120 hours is a bare minimum - but this is not heard by everyone. What they need is something like a test after a year on the L's, and then another one after the second year. Then, probably need another test for when one is off his/her p's. Apparently NSW is going to bring in mandatory testing for old people. Maybe the whole of Australia needs to have a test nation wide (for both the young and old).

No: 1) food in my car 2) drinks in my car 3) drunken idiots in my car And i make sure i never leave a guy and a gal alone in my car - a friend of mind did actually find semen stains in his parents car the next day (Turns out he left a couple in his car, while everyone else went into some club - next day found "stains" on the back seats haha) Make her pay for it.

    either way, studies conducted recently said that they expect petrol to run out in 7 years unless new areas are explored. That and the current conflict with places like Iraq puts our petrol demands at an all time high. Better enjoy your "ultimate" for the next 7 years
