i heard changing the clutch can be a hard task - but 11 hours seems a bit far fetched.

I hate idiots like that who just think the wet means more of an incentive to give their cars some stick. Was coming out of block buster in Syndal (Vic), this idiot(s) in an old commodore decided to do a right turn on to high street and fish tail their way up the road. What absolute morons! While i was watching this, another blockbuster customer (a guy in his 50s) also was watching this - turns to me and goes "idiots in their commodores these days".... It appears, that every time it rains, people drive a tad faster - or maybe its just that I drive slower. They are more careless and erratic. And, the funny thing is, its not always the driver of the car that gets hurt, its usually some innocent pedestrian or the driver of the other car that gets seriously hurt..... Anyway, good for you for sucking this guy into speeding - hope he gets a huge fine, and loss of licence....wankers like that shouldnt be allowed to drive....

Dangerous Driving Nonsense

Hmmm....Whats the point of going that fast in a 60km zone buddy? What if some drunk stepped out in front of you? What if you hit that person? If you really need to get the thrill of speed - take your car to the track. You might have had complete control of your car - but remember pedestrians sometimes can be very stupid or just plain clueless. Someone steps out, and you hit them, its jail for you. We all have sped at some stage of our lives. But think about the consequences before you decide to give your car a flogging on public roads. Just my thoughts on the matter..... Take care out there bud. -
Hey jared, The pics look great! Finally got to see the batmbl goods connected to the car. Did they have to alter the dump/front pipe for you? Would it have been a major problem if it is sticking to the underbody? I have ordered a set for my car - and I am still looking for a suitable cat back - what cat back are you using? thanks bud
-
not relaly a bucket of crap - but i must say, it was hard to concentrate on the story, cos i was drooling over the cars and the women
-
Crap - was that an RB26 in the movie???? Ok, now it makes more sense as to why/how that car kept up with the 3-fiddy Z Edit: why did they show the damaged s15 then? The emsta is confused - he mite have to see the movie again
-
soo many nice cars ..... *drools*
-
I didnt know people can steal fuel from cars! Maybe this is where alarms will be worth investing in (alarm and immob).
-
Not sure my friend - why didnt you just get the whole x-force exhaust? Im hunting for a suitable exhaust as well - getting my split dump/front and cat next friday hopefully from BATMBL - after that probably going for either Apex-i N1 or trust PE2 cat back.

Haha, yeah - I shoudl have! Was an even bigger n00b back then! Just watched tokyo drift - couldnt wait till the weekend - man, soo much better than 2f2f!! The cars! The women! The whole plot was actually better than the 2nd one! But the thing i knew was gonna happen was that the ending was gonna be between a Jap machine and a Yank machine. atleast the mustang had the s15 engine in it. Favourite part(s) - When han was going around that r33 gtr. 1) it looked so cool, 2) the chics in that were so hot The other one was the chase - where the rx7 and the evo were trying to get away from the 350Z. Was totally awesome. The only downside is, the movie makes people feel soo energised - its very intense. Hopefully, the recently licenced dont get all hyped up and do what the guys did in the movie.
-
Well, I will be watching tokyo drift most probably this weekend - so I decided to start off my weekend with another import racing movie, "initial D". Story was a waste of time! But the racing was sooooooooooo cool!! The old school rx7 and the gtr looked bloody awesome!!!! Its in chinese or japanese, but there were subtitles - though that proved hard when I was gawking at the cars like a 10 year old school boy . Anyway, if no one has seen it, Id recommend it, just for the cars, the skids, the high reving. The only down side to it as I said was the story was lacking sooo bad! The other thing is, there is some fat rich kid in that who was annoying the shit outta me! Wished, they had the newer cars - but still, one can really appreciate the R32 gtr when its going around those mountains....sooo nice... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0439630/ Anyway, I will post before I go to watch Tokyo drift on the weekend - maybe I will see some of you guys around.

hell yeah - i have heard goot stuff about them...cant wait to install it on my car
-
What cat back are you running at the moment dezz?
-
hey antz, do you know what the dB reading is on the x-force (just outta curiosity)?
-
Hi guys, It seems the Apexi bomber exhaust has a dB reading of 98. The N1 has a reading of 94! The fujitsubo legalis R has a reading of 94db (@5100 rpm), while the fujitsubo STD exhaust has 92dB (@5100 rpm). My question now is, will this level reduce once the BATMBL dump/front pip and large cat is installed? The Apexi cat back (bomber or N1) was what i was looking at - but the sound levels seem to be in the illegal range. I know that the different type of mufflers matters to reduce the sound. Any types that you guys recommend? Thanks in advance.

They are gonna be bringing out some sort of speed limiter unit for cars to slow down young drivers it seems. 7 news will apparently have it on tonite as a special report....and I think last nights incident will probably be in it as well... -
Why not try RE Customs - they know their imports Or LA Performance - apparently the guy there knows his skylines very well...

yep - looks like a gtr to me yep - looks like cops gonna be stopping any skyline driver for a "random" check yep - insurance is gonna go up again -
I rather trade my car in and lose out on the money than see some f**ker try to steal it from me and thrash it.....already put too much time and effort (money as well), in trying to keep the car in top shape....... I swear, I would hunt the f**ker down and give him the beating of his life - with a cro-bar too.......
-
Yeha, its only a sticker though - j-spec has confirmed its not a vspec2 on their website - either way, its a gtr - and it looks bloody nice

Woman And Child Killed By Skyline
eMsta replied to blind_elk's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Is it for certain that he/she was speeding? I suppose at 8pm, the roads are not that busy, so I guess pedestrians will be easy to spot if they were crossing the roads and no mother would risk crossing the road with her 12 year old child. I am curious to knwo what happened, cos something similar happened to me as I mentioned in the following thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...opic=122524&hl= -
