I see no difference in why they dont create a huge fuss over the everyday man/woman who do the same things, but this has been in the media for over a week. the main reason for this thread was to see what peoples opinions were of the media creating such a huge fuss over something that happens frequently throughout the whole world......and thats exactly what Paul has said in his post - there are other important things, but the world must really love a good infidelity story......no? btw i dont think i seen that episode from the simpsons And - thats the thing - what you said hasnt been mentioned. Its all a money making scheme really isnt it. The women making money. The Media making money. No not a tiger stalker. I am a fan of his talent (on the golf course that is) - been watching him more because i started playing golf.

So there has been this whole hoo-ha about Eldrick "Tiger" Woods - and I am curious to see what everyone's opinions are on here. First we have the crash that started it all. He is being quiet about the crash - not willing to explain why it happened or how it happened, or the events leading up to the crash. Then we have stories about his affairs with multiple women. While I couldnt find pics of all of them here are a few (all googled): Rachel Uchitel Jaimee Grubbs Jaimee Jungers Mindy Lawton (supposed pic of her) And there is Cori Rist, and a 6th unnamed woman now - all willing to share stories about their affair with Tiger. Finally we have his wife, Elin: The ladies in the office were talking about this today, and I couldnt help but overhear what they were saying. Comments like "I feel like we have all been lead by Tiger", "haaaaaa suck sh*t!", "lets bet how many more women he had sex with", "I hope he gets whats coming to him" etc etc. And then reading comments left on the herald sun website - again similar to what the ladies at work said. But having said that - is it really our business to know what he is up to? And as one comment so eloquently put it - what about the moral values of the women who are coming out now and saying they had affairs etc in exchange for money from the media? While what Tiger did was wrong - he is a married father of 2 - I kind of feel like the media should just let the guy sort his personal issues out in private, mainly because the family is being stressed out more than they should have been (i.e without media coverage, it would already be a stressful situation in that household). Sure he did make a huge mistake - and I think Elin should probably leave the relationship - but then, who am I to say thats what she HAS to do? Maybe there are underlying issues as to why these things happened? Psychological issues perhaps? Being the worlds best golfer, and having loads of money means that he is an easy target now for all these stories. Is his career now at an end because of this? Would be a shame I reckon, because the guy is a legend at golf........ Anywho - what are peoples thoughts on this? (and no posts like "yeah man, id tap all those women" or "gooo Cheetah!")
