  1. this guy....look at him...comes on sau...makes fun of our 'fluttering' friend in the other thread....now he's posting pics of his super cars.....really man...must you rub it in :laughing-smiley-014: awesome pics though....
  2. exams dood!!!!!

  3. melbourne ftw!!!! they did a study on sydney and apparently people there are more arrogant....dunno how true that is cos that was a story by either today tonite or ACA - and you know how brutally honest those 2 shows are
  4. hes got a non turbo sedan if my memory serves me correctly..... but hate to be those 18 year olds that will be getting the fine and loss of points for the next 3 years! good luck to them
  5. would there be another chance to get clutches at these prices? I am keen on it, but I wont be changing mine till it reaches 100,000ks
  6. you need to put some of that sealant on the tail light...put as much as you can so that even the titanic wont be able to sink....
  7. i would think that the other guy would be at fault for using the other lane to speed down.....for all he knows, you could ahve been turning right. The question is, if you were turning right is it your right of way or his right of way. Id think its your right of way. March down to the police station and put in a report def. If you car was that damaged by some moron who thinks that it was a one way street with 2 lanes, you shoudl be ok im thinking. edit: did you check your mirror too? Cos the other driver might use that against u in some way or form
  8. 9k is crap regardless....i mean, its not like i go down to noble park every friday and saturday and kill the car - its in very good condition for its age.... But you are right....imports get crap all for trade in. My sis-in-laws 1997 mirage got 6 grand at the same mazda dealer. For the money i spent already, 9k was just not worth it.....like i said in the other thread...might as well keep this, stash the cash, and go the gtr or exige
  9. well yeah...thats the problem with accounting...its relatively low paid. My other friends start at around 45k - one started at 60k at toyota! Thats why im staying with parents for now. ztuned is sorta right - at this stage, because its the end of the financial year, it gets a bit quiet...so it can get boring - but after july, its back to the hektic lifestyle of a tax accountant
  10. the new mx-5 is suprisingly good....fun car to drive. Even though it lacks the power of the skyline - it has great throttle response. For some reason it felt like the take off from the lights was quicker than the skyline (but then again my r33 is now 11 years old). Engine loves to rev, and can do it without any trouble whatsoever. Clutch is very very light, and the handling...omg - just awesome. The 6spd manual was just perfect for quick changes. There is a business park behind monash uni in clayton, where me and my bro took the mx5 for a test drive....just unreal! There was a huge difference over the previous model - the new one is more sportier, and smoother to drive. But having said all that - whether or not its worth the 45-50k price tag is another thing (specially for a new/demo car). Mazda on springvale rd here in vic wanted to sell me one for 42k - i couldnt afford it. They offered 9k for the skyline as at trade in. for around 30-35k, the new mx5 will def be worth the money i reckon. But everything else was just mad - good if one is not keen on doing track work or deca or spirited driving - the car is basically a cruiser.
  11. wow nice n clean......def will look spicy and go good with some mods
  12. damn........would like to see that at the deca....
  13. jeez....only 13 too.....farked up shit
  14. interesting - evo for sale, and now aus delivered gtr? unless, this is going to go to p1 international edit: wasnt there another aus del r32 gtr on sale here toward the end of last year or something? not sure if it was in vic or not..but was a silver one i think
  15. maybe the lambo person was too scared to stack it......maybe he/she couldne see through the rear windows.....
  16. damn man...i just felt funny all over
  17. tried ryno, tried vigil - they both cant insure my r33. Dont know why...
  18. snickers anyone? should add - i drive a 33 - luv it to bits. But the 32 shape will be a classic due to its gtr that left everything else for dead.
  19. hopefully things will be ok man....insurance should be able to take care of it - but you can suggest which panel beater to take the car to etc. had somethign like this happen to me last year - luckily i wasnt driving the skyline....the guy was tailgating for a while, then at a left turn - i was waiting for the cars on my right to go through, and was inching forward. Then *crunch* - the f**king idiot rear ends my 82 civic. I pull over, he drives off. No damage, call the cops they said they cant do anything and that ideally the other driver should have stopped. he was an old man, but still didnt have the decency to pull over....maybe i scared him off cos I was wearing my beanie and my hoodie and gave him a glare....
  20. why cant he take responsibility? he rear ended you while you were stopped....
  21. not much really - work and back its 18k's a day. When I have to fill up those stupid drinks machine at lilydale (about 35ks from work - i take my torque monster [honda civic] to transport the drinks). But I hope to use the skyline for longer drives atleast once a month. Right now, I dont get much chance to drive the car as often as I'd like to...but hopefully that will change soon. Its amazing though - in the first year i owned it, I drove around 15,000 klms. A friend of mine has an accord euro - got it the same time as i got the 'line - and right now he has only done 8,000 klms and I have gotten up to almost 18,000 klms.
  22. only thing is that the power will be wasted for people like myself. But the guys and gals on sau who race regularly - targa and what not - they will benefit most from it the car looks mad though
  23. thats just awesome man...car looks very shiny!! Best time to take pics i reckon just before summer....(just before daylight saving starts)
  24. nah i work as a tax accountant....shit pay (around 35k - but living with parents) - but i think enough to convince the bank. Apparently banks are more than happy to lend for investments, so I have to build a strong case for them by doing research on what i wanna buy and all that.
  25. damn....he was joking????
