Ok just a quick question does the 240sx have the same gearbox as a RB25?

Have just moved it to the vac line and still the same thing reading a lower psi than it should be. I'm over it can't figure it out might have to take it to the mechanic.

have set it up with a t peice joining it together i went over it yesterday can't find a problem so i think i'm going to have to take a look at the guage

bp more expensive??? up here it's the same price as optimax and because vortex is only a pulp it's a bit more expensvie than that but hey for the smoother ride and higher octane levels what is 5c/L gonna do to someone

My mate owns one and he has put a boost gauge in the car and because we have no manual for the car we can't figure out what is wrong, i think it's that he hasn't disconnected the old guage however he informs me that it is electronic (meaning that there is a pressure sensor inside the pipe) not mechanical. I was wondering if anyone can back this up as i don't wanna pull it off then have to put it back on. I know it's not working properly as the original is in mmHg and this in psi and I've work the calculations out and his new guage is showning 5 to 6 psi when it should be showning 10psi. Any help or advice would be great

Well guys where I'm living Vortex is Caltex's Premium os it's only 96 octane and I have had dirty fuel twice from Optimax and therefore i'm running Ultimate never had any issues with it car runs perfect. Well thats my 2 cents anyway

Mate I have been through a few sound systems and after all the ones i have tried I would have to say that you can't go past cadence speakers, amp and subs if you so wish. I'm running a Eclipse HU and the rest of the equiptment is all cadence. Unbelievable sound quality and have never had any problems wiht it unlike some other brands.

Does anyone know where I can find D.I.Y manual/workshop manual either on the net or around North Queensland. It is for a R33 GTS-T series 2 1996 model if snyone knows anything I would appreciate it very much if you could let me know. Cheers

With the gear you have you should have no problem cracking 140db's Once you've tried the head deck especially if it is there new dvd navigation head deck can you get back to me on performance only thing that really worries me is the 50Wx4 power of the unit there is alot of higher powered head decks out there.

When i took my dynomat off my old car, scrapped most of it off with a paint scrapper and mallet and after i got off what i could, i used some stuff called Orange Power (got it at Coles, Supermarket) worked marvells getting any sticky crap off even got the glue residue off my dash

What ever you do, don't mount the amp onto the sub box as when you get those deep bass beats you'll rattle the internals out of the amp. If your looking to mount it somewhere to keep the max boot space and keeping the look sleek mount it under the front seat(passengers side).
