Off topic, just wondering when you make full boost and what a/r you have on your gtx45

Call me crazy but i was in a financial position to purchase any R chasis car 32-35. I went with the 32 as it is my fav GT-R out of the bunch, iam now doing a 3L bottom end conversion with a Nitto 3.2 stroker. It all comes down to personal preference. The 35R is miles ahead of any BNR but i dont like it because it is auto and (IMO) ugly as fuark.. Get what ever makes you happy.

I dont know the man personally, all i know that he has that setup. His been posting on FB claiming that so im not sure if his shit talking or being truthful.

I could go that, but im leaning onto the Precision atm.. My friend is getting his car tuned this week (26/30) with the 7175 (GT42) 1.12 a/r im curious to see what kind of figure he puts out. Im going to use his car as a guideline.. I know of someone who also has a 26/32 with a GTX4202R his making 630awkw on 29psi and he claims that he gets full boost at 4500rpm.

Why bother with tiny twins? Your doing a stroker build you should throw a big single onto that thing to really wake it up.

Ive got the HKS SPL version also with the 62R front wheel. When do you get fullbost with the rb30 bottom end?

Sounds like a good idea.. But wouldnt a gtx42 with its biggest housing be almost or as much laggy as a gtx45 with its smallest rear (1.01) ?

Im going to run in the engine with a stock gearbox. I plan on getting a OS88 gearbox with billet driveshafts.

Let me rephase the original question. Engine is a 26/32 nitto, fuel will be E85, heads are heavily ported, cams are 288 degrees, hypertune V2 single throttle body, 6 boost exhaust manifold. My goal is 750Kw at the wheels. Which turbo would be the quickest to come on boost, or area under the curve taking into consideration the cams, engine capacity and fuel etc.

If its makes any difference it will be a 3.2 stroker

Ive tried using searching before anyone starts crying at me, but couldnt find a definitive answer. My heads are heavily ported and its filled with Ferrea stuff and Supertech bronze valve guides. Im running Kelford 288 11.35 cams. I have set my heart on getting a GTX45R i just need some information from people who have driven a RB30 or RB32 powered GT-R with this turbo. Im trying to decide inbetween the 1.01 and 1.02 rear housing. Yes iam after 1000hp atw but i do not want my power band to start at 7000rpm. How would drivability be at with the 1.02 rear housing? How laggy? My car is going to be street driven (mainly on the weekends). I know of someone who gets fullboost at 4400rpm with a GTX42R (RB32) how much further off would the 45 be from that? Your input will be appreciated cheers.

Being a former TTZ owner myself this is great. I love seeing heavily moded Z's. Need more big power Z's in oz.
