  1. Obviously non of your customer own boats Club Marine > Shannons (LOL) can't say i was thrilled about the service with shannons. I buy a policy not a service anyway so i don't really care how sh!t i was treated as long as my policy is current what office do you work for? CBD or South RD?
  2. can't figure out why they didn't use the AWD system from the S50 T5. Its the same chassis, engine just left out the AWD, even from the RS in the uk (220FwKW) would have preferred one of the volvo cars but the money ford knocked off as a new car was too much to say no (was less than the 2nd hand one mentioned here)
  3. At the end of the day i wasn't looking to compare the performance to anything. all i was comparing when i bought it was what was i getting for my money looked at 2nd hand RX8's, FPV's and 350z's, And as many of you would have heard me complaining about the 33 i wanted something new that i wouldn't need to repair every 6 months I needed a practical 4 door with space to fit equipment ect in for interstate trips and that was still sporty as for the price bracket working for ford for 5 years has its benefits
  4. Dark metalic blue, didn't really want to spean the extra $2500 for orange Yeah its an LV, haven't really tried to do a burnout. It will spin the wheels easily with DSC turned off when launching and chaning into 2nd and 3rd. We all know he's only compensating

Here is a model i did for a company over in France texturing isn't my strong point so it has been sent to a graphic design company in the UK to do that work
  6. yeah sam have to admit i have been driving it briskly lately and haven't had any issue even at rbt's ect liking the "launch control" too (holds it at 3500RPM in 1st as that the best RPM for a launch with reduced torque steering) through the hills point to point it would easily out do skylines. Andrew can vouch for the handling through the round abouts the other day
  7. theres just something about the renault, they look tougher and go harder but this one has awesome recaro's and all the luxury the megane doesn't
  8. yeah i thought i would stick to a 2.5Lt turbo instead. the Altezza light lancers were tempting. nearly already traded it in on a renault megane cup
  9. I have the new car through shannons as they offered the best coverage. One thing that kills me about customers is when they are just comparing prices. Comparing insurance prices is like looking at a yaris and a R8 audi. Yes the yaris is cheaper but what good is it as a sports car. cheap insurance is cheap for a reason!! anyway I'm 24 pay $1200 with a 800 excess agreed value 40K rating 1 ohhh and after working in car insurance for the last 10 months i'm glad i only deal with marine insurance.... car owners are w@nkers!!
  10. now i'm back in the modern world with internet (albeit not a proper connection) thought it was time to upload some pics if the new beast I've already heard all the Hairdresser, girls car, FWD jokes insults ect haven't i mr nightcrawler......
  11. not a big fan of the renault

    Fia Gt1 R35

FIA GT regs don't allow forced fed cars hence no more 911GT2's, and the CCR going with out the supercharger big changes in the FIA series come 2010 this and the Ford GT are the only cars that have started development. should be running the car this year for testing and development runs, car is unable to score points this season as its built under 2010 rules.
  20. yeah thinking about new front tires (should get em anyway) new filter already have the belts to replace just need time to do it also working out what i'm going to replace it with hot hatch or a sports sedan
  21. thinking about selling the car, and getting something newer and aussie delivered should i fix it up before hand or lower the price to cover the bits that need replacing?
  22. bargain http://cgi.ebay.com.au/2-Ford-Fiestas-S200...%3A1|240%3A1307 i'll take both of them
  23. defiantly a good idea, i hat to think how many people are driving around with no rego and CTP on their car can't say i have a big problem with the new rules, as long as you don't act like a dick in the car you won't get done for anything. as far as i could tell this doesn't have anything to do with defecting cars only trying to stop people from driving irresponsibly
  24. couldn't find a topic n this so... Nissan will be supplying the GTR's as safety and course cars for the V8 supercars this year as well as soft roaders for the medical/ chase cars
  25. the GTR is making a come back this year...... as the safety car!!!
