I had a chance to use this toady but the bastards car was so dirty i couldn't make out his no plate. I was going down Flagstaff Hill Rd at 8.30 this morning, I had an EB falcon was so close to the back of my car i couldn't see his lights. I didn't speed up as there was traffic around. When we got to the bottom of the flagstaff hill he pulled out and went around me, then pulled infront and slammed the brakes on when there was no traffic infront of him, I had to hit the brakes hard to stop in time. He then stick his finger up at me then drove off. I was so pissed off all day at work from this. Had I got his plate no i would have stopped off At Sturt Police station on the way to work.

i never notced any cops looking at my car in traffic or anything. I work around the corner from the sturt station and see lots of cop cars going past me each day

why spend money on it? your not likely to get it back if you sell the car

My daily driver is my skyline so I'm stuffed, as there is no way in hell i'm getting public transport down to town

no i was in a white 33 GTST, how good was the parking lot! there were more porsches and BMW's in the car park than on the track.

did anyone else go to Mallala toady? there was a supertruck demonstration and one of them was drifting around the esses. Did a pretty good job of it aswell.

I got it from the Department of Motor Vehicles at Marion. I don't know if they give out copies as they only had one when I went. Imanaged to get it as I work with the people down there every day. There is a rule in there about failing to give stop signal long enough so you can be done for that when yo stop and someone hits you behind. At least in this case you can argue that they didn't leave sufficient space between you and their car.

It'll be hard to scan font size 7 or 8 on yellow paper with grey shaded areas behind the text so it won't come out clear

exactly, its all up to the police to decide, so naturally you were in the skyline and you were the one seen as being in the wrong, not the others that went through the same time. After hearing about vange getting booked for (rule 57(2)) "At yellow light - failure to stop before entering intersection" i got a list of all road offences in SA. All that I was given was a list of the offence names and how many demerit pionts each are worth (no description of offence). I asked about the yellow light offence and they said that you shouldn't drive through a yellow light. When it comes on if you are within safe stoping distance you must stop. Goes against what most of us were taught when learning to drive. When I get some time I will type it out in word ad post a copy up here for you guys to look at. Going through them the majority of elderly drivers would not have their licences but the police are to busy looking at us.

my company reports staff driving in a way to upset any customers. Someone was leaving work the other day in a rotory 929 and the "boss" heard him leave from work and got his plate number the next day. the problem is that the majority of idiots out on the roads are in descret cars like comodores, ect and people only take notice when a import/sports car is involved

What i don't understand is that the police are trying to get "us" to do our fast driving out on a track. for an example there was also a radargun set up behind some trees on the way out of Mallala after the drift. This sort of thing is going to stop people from attending these events. Fuzzy scuz windows are tinted by the dealer not the manufacturer. If this is how it was done on delivery make a complaint to them.
