  1. I ll have to wait until my clutch is fixed Can anyone suggest some one down south to get my car looked at. I was thinking to go to RPM performance down at edwards town has anyone used these guys?
  2. I agree idiots should have their cars impounded - loss of licence doesn't always stop them from driving but if they don't have a car its a different story. I may be selfish but i voted for the people who will best benifit me. My family is all pissed off with me as I didn't vote for Nick Xenephon, don't get me wrong i like what he is doing for stopping most of the polly perks but that is all he seems to be doing. As for the curfew we had a bunch of 15-18 year olds throw a party last weekend that went from Friday night to Monday morning we had letter boxes being blown up glass smashed all over the road - try driving on a street covered with broken bottles glad i didn't go anywhere. I went out saturday my mate \ neighbor drove when we got home there were people running around out front lawns and stuff like that.
  3. Here's the rest of the photos ( i should have taken some from checkpoint 2 ) Hey Chops I have spent lots of time with many v8 (including BOC V8supercars) yours sounds awesome and thats coming from a ford supporter. wish i could have gone all the way
  4. It's not quite dead yet!!!! its holding on just. Yeah the Blue 34 was vey nice
  5. Hey All, Not Happy the clutch is buggered - South Road on the way home redline in 3rd doing 60kmph (Glad I decided to leave the cruise from checkpoint 3).Will get it in for a check A soon as possible Here are a few photos that I took as you were leaving - a lot of you had gone before i started to take pictures. Hope the rest of the cruise is going well A few more photos to come
  6. Max Power about your XR6t I unfortunately work at Adrian Brien Ford, I have seen this happen alot. We had a staff member whos bought a turbo for her husband, it had some clutch problems they wouldn't do it under warranty - this caused a lot of problems around the place as the are so F***ing lazy when it comes to warranty work.(sorry you can probibly tell that I absolutely hate my job and work but this is the truth about warranty work in dealerships they make more money out of the customer than they do Ford) I hope my warranty works as i had to come home from the cruise early as my clutch is playing up!
  7. A little off topic but oh well, Got to go to a wedding now so catch you all tomorrow!
  8. well fix it dear henry! LOL
  9. sorry i meant racing seats
  10. yeah i will be sticking with the computer over the consoles
  11. yeah and just get some bucket seats for the front!
  12. LOL sorry i only looked at the front pic, so i didn't notice the missing seats
  13. hey pokie i noticed you got a car now. gonna bring it along?
  14. thats right behind us what a pitty have to pass it ALL the time lol
  15. Yeah i agree with Madaz don't rush in. The warranty was the main issue that i had with the car, i bought one and it was void when i drove it off the yard as the warrantys only covers non modified cars!
  16. It is on sunday the19th
  17. I'm going all four days Got seats in the Pit straight, have also got a team pass through my mate John Bowe . Will be spending the Thurs and Friday in with them and the rest of the time in my seat. always keen on meeting up with people.
  18. Hey, I bought my car from redline. can't say it was the best choice or experience. I got a 95 R33 GTST from them it was unmodified and looked neat on the outside. I have scince learnt from the panel shop at work my car has been in a accident (they think it may have been bigish with the whole drivers side being replaced form what they can tell) I did pay to much for mine (i'm a little embarassed about how much i spent on it), i was however new to Japanesse cars and didn't know where to look. There are some great cars for sale on these forums which i knew about when i bought mine! Good luck with whatever you choose
  19. no it doesn't smell as it was new when i got it i don't know what they are meant to be like normally, i might bring my car along and maybe some one can have a feel of the clutch and let me know what you think.
  20. lol there is still a rattle, the clutch isn't slipping it has just lost all pressure at the peddle. hope fully this isn't going to effect anything I'm starting to think that i bought bit of a lemon, as they made a point of telling me it had a new clutch just before delivery! hhmmm there may be something in that
  21. I m coming from Chandlers hill, on the way down to victor it started to rattle in fifth gear, now there is very little pressure on the clutch. It goes to the firewall with little reistance. will get it checked out when i m on holidays at the end of march (there is no way i would let any one from work touch it)
  22. hmm still can't decide wether too drive or not. the clutch is starting to loose pressue, will it be able to last a longish drive? does any one have a spare seat that they don't mind me going? as i would like tp meet a few people as i didn't really on the victor cruise.
  23. Hey mate that great good work on the DIY intake.
  24. Thanks for that Mate, Will take my car for a bit of a run tomorrow night and see if the gear box rattle is still there and then decide if i take it or not.
  25. Same problem here. Don't know if car will make it as i don't have the time to put it in for a service before the cruise. Maybe if some one has a spare seat i could make it. will keep an eye on the gearbox and see how it goes this week
