  3. hahaha Pick a number and stick to it
  4. Oh Prank, don't forget the other gems like this one
  5. Looks like one of those tragic Team JetSpeed kits.
  6. Wow, I didn't think it was possible to make a 33 look even more ugly, but I have been proved wrong.
  7. If that's your intention, do us all a favour and buy a Starlet.
  8. If anyone would like some more feedback about one of the companies mentioned above (i won't mention which one, Just Pacing Carefully) please PM me for details..... ~K
  9. But if we don't have anything to compare it to, how can we work out what's "cheaper"? Have you had a quote?
  10. and cheaper than what?
  11. Motorbikes are subject to different emmisions laws than cars
  12. In plain sight or not, they aren't exactly the sort of things you should be leaving in your car.... regardless of where the car is parked.
  13. Here in Vic oiled filters are illegal for road use full stop. Regardless of whether they are in an enclosed box or not.
  14. We're going to have to do a group buy on walking frames soon. The SAu population seems to be getting older.
  15. If you're silly enough to leave your wallet and your phone in the car, then you need to accept part of the blame. It's common sense not to leave valuables in plain sight.
  16. None of them are Holden blocks. The "Holden" blocks were all made by Nissan. (They all have the Nissan emblem cast into them)
  17. Oiled filters are illegal in most states. (Check with EPA in in your state) If you were to use the oiled filter, you would need to clean it regularly under the conditions that you described. Oiled filters have also been known to foul AFM's if over oiled.
  18. Maybe you should take a chill pill.... I stand by what I said. If silva33 wants flat spots, then it's not my problem. (Apparently it's not yours either)
  19. Maybe your advice should have included jacking the car up
  20. are you able to post properly yet?
  21. They can also be purchased through Nissan head office (Dandenong) so I assume any Nissan dealer can order them in.
  22. Only one of your pictures is working.... and can you double check the year? 88 doesn't sound right.
  23. That is the worst bit of advice I have seen in a long time..... Don't turn your wheels while the car is stationary. It puts massive load on the power steering pump, and it's not good for your tyres either. My money says it's the indicator switch making the noise.

  25. Add to that: Registration, routine maintenance & fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid etc), things that break and need replacing, tyres, brakes, excess on insurance, speeding fines, the list goes on. 35 in an 80 zone is far from sensible, it's downright dangerous.
