OK... I just assumed it was a 33 ..(seeing as every man and his dog has one ) I didn't realise it was a 32.. but considering the mods which have already been done to it, the figures don't seem to add up. I'm just saying that I'd expect it to go harder than that.

Not harsh at all... my stock R31 (with 1 less cam and 1 less turbo than you guys) managed over 100 at the rears.... with figures that low, there must be some underlying issues.

According to the restrictions that they are trying to push for P plate curfews, there would be nothing wrong with the "new p plater" driving his sick sister to hospital at 3am. Part of the restriction is passenger based, meaning that you can't have more than 1 passenger after a certain time of night.

If you're only getting 108 it might be worth finding out what the problem is before you start doing any mods to it. 108 is extremely low for a turbo car. :Oops:

Stock manual gearbox should be fine with RB30ET, but if you're spending the $$$ to go twincam, then fork out the few extra bucks to get a decent gearbox.

RB20 galleries don't line up, (so i'm told) if you want to do a DOHC conversion, you need to use the 25 or 26 head. All the information that you need on turbocharging an NA RB30 can be found here: click me! You will find a list of all the parts you need in there as well, and a couple of tutorials. You can use the VLT computer, but it's not a straight swap, you have to wire the ecu so that the R31 fuel pump will work. As far as all VLT parts being "rooted" you will find that all the ones that are still around have been looked after. All the thrashed ones went to turbo heaven a long time ago

The airhorns that can be seen on the left hand side of the engine bay were painted over 10 years ago. I think 10 years is a bloody good effort, and if I only have to paint it once every 10 years, i'll be happy. Something that hasn't been mentioned, is the use of clear coat. If clearcoat is used, the heat in the engine bay will eventually cause it to go yellow.

unfortunately they don't. The bell housing on the R31 is the wrong shape, and some "creative hammerwork" is required to make it fit. But you can make it fit.

According to Victorias P plate rules, if the only car registered to the house is a Ferrari, then you can get an exemption to be able to drive it.

You can't buy these stickers from Nissan anymore. Is it a GTS1, GTS2 or GTS import? I've attached a GTS1 door pic in case it helps...

When the R31 site has finished changing servers, go try a search in the forum. A few people have done it, and someone made a thread about how to remove the plastic. Once you have sprayed tint onto the plastic, you're stuck with it, you can't just take it off
