There's no info on whether it's a repairable write-off or a statutory write-off. Before you even think about buying it, find out which it is. I don't think you'd be too happy if you purchased a car to repair, then found out that you've just purchased a statutory write-off.

A turbo timer is not an approved modification. It is illegal, whether you sit in the car or not.

Driving a go-kart in a controlled environment is a tad different to driving a "sports car" on the road. Putting an extra box on top of a pod filter doesn't turn it into something else. If you have an aftermarket cooler, and a pod filter (regardless of whether the filter is in a restrictive box) you will still get defected.
