  1. Gee....... ....now...... where have I seen that logo before?
  2. You're both right. Bosch and Mitsubishi were both used.
  3. I hope that Tony Blair is an unlockable skater in the next Tony Hawk game! Loved the map! However, as stupid as americans are, I'm pretty sure if you put together a bunch of similar questions, and went to the streets and surveyed the australian public, the responses would be pretty much the same. ...the only difference is, that the americans are too stupid to know that they're stupid, but with aussies there's always someone willing to speak up and tell you if you're stupid
  4. There's a sticky thread up the top of this section which should have the answers you're after in regards to model differences, with links like this one, which allows you to compare all the different models, and their standard and optional features.
  5. You may get a better response in the ACT section....
  6. That sounds a bit odd..... Do it yourself and see if anything is showing up. Details here It's unlikely to be a problem with the ECU. Other common culprits... Ignition leads Distributor/rotor button Timing - a bit hard to check if it isn't idling properly. AFM (the engine should cut out when it's disconnected) AAC TPS Keep us updated.
  7. Yes, there is more than one grey. Grab the VIN off the owner, and get someone to run it through "FAST" for you so you can establish which grey it is.
  8. Either of these options will find your posts. Profile > find members posts or My assistant > my last 10 posts Looks like your previous thread was been merged with an existing thread on the same subject.
  9. um... from the index page: CP 09/05, SUBARU, IMPREZA, S MY05 WRX STi, Sedan, 5 Seats MANUAL, 2.0 ltr, 4 cyl, Premium ULP, Multi-Point Injected Turbo intercooled, 0 kms (Showing On Odometer), BLACK, Rego.No:NP(TTC115), Aircond., Airbag Dual, P/Steer, P/Wind, IRS, Cru. Cont, Cent.Lock, CD Stacker, CD Player, Radio, Immobiliser (App), Body Kit, Double Glazed, DVD, Rear Spoiler, Turbo, custom wheels (Stock No. 3131897), GST Included in Sale Price I don't see anything there about whether it's repairable or not.

    Rwc...

Any modification, which isn't listed as an "approved" modification is not legal unless it has been certified.
  11. There's no info on whether it's a repairable write-off or a statutory write-off. Before you even think about buying it, find out which it is. I don't think you'd be too happy if you purchased a car to repair, then found out that you've just purchased a statutory write-off.

A turbo timer is not an approved modification. It is illegal, whether you sit in the car or not.
  13. What was the "actual" name they used? (more specific than "or some shit") What information were they asking for? Did they give any information on how they got your details?
  14. Lots of info in this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=107253
  15. where did he buy his exhaust filter from? how much was it? was he able to fit it himself, or did he have to pay someone to do it? (sorry ash, I know how much you love these threads)
  16. nah.... It's "race y'all" profiling.
  17. yup Is this the first "Welcome to last year" of the year?
  18. Driving a go-kart in a controlled environment is a tad different to driving a "sports car" on the road. If you think for an instant that any go-karting experience is going to help you out on the road, you're kidding yourself. Stick with the Paseo, get the insurance under your name, get some driving experience under your belt, and get your insurance rating up. Save some money, test drive a bunch of cars to find what suits you best, and THEN go buy your "dream car". .......or you cold just run out and get a personal loan, buy a Skyline, write it off, then be stuck having to pay off a car that you no longer have.
  19. Princess freeway? Where does that run? Sure you don't mean Princes Highway?
  20. If it was imported in '91, it's unlikely that it would be a '94 model.
  21. If your mate wants to advertise his car for sale here, he needs to register. Closed.

    Oh Dear...

Nothings ever happened? Do you need to be reminded of how many times you've stacked?
  23. Putting an extra box on top of a pod filter doesn't turn it into something else. If you have an aftermarket cooler, and a pod filter (regardless of whether the filter is in a restrictive box) you will still get defected.
  24. I've been getting a very sore throat if I sleep with the window open. Close the window = problem solved. The major cause of headaches, is mild dehydration. If your body is having to work a tiny bit harder to process all the smoke which is being pumped into it, and you're not drinking enough water to accomodate, then this will lead to headaches. The heat by itself also plays a big part in this. answer? drink more water.
