  1. Thanks mate, but luckily or unluckily depending on how you look at it... it's still for sale. Actually from a yard of some sort and just trying to figure out if it's in good condition or not!
  2. Hey dude, that's no worries!! You're the one doing me a favour!!!
  3. Hey mate, just wondering if you'd had any luck with this?
  4. Thanks guys, look most likely like J-Spec with Imports 101 second - they've (Imports 101) been very quick to reply and also offer a full guarantee and refund if the vehicle is not as described etc. Re2, I have asked which supplier this is through, and I will let you know! Thanks all!!!!
  5. Thanks mate, that would be great if you don't mind!
  6. Hi All, Just wondering if anyone's able to translate this auction sheet for a car I'm looking at buying? Thanks in advance! Justin. Auction_sheet.bmp
  7. Looks like I've found the exact car I want, but problem is it's available through J-Spec, Imports 101 and Prestige Motorsport! Pricing is pretty much the same through all 3, but at least J-Spec are in Melb so at least I can go have a chat with them about it. Prestige don't sound too bad either, however I notice that sections of their website has information that predates the SEVS/RAWS changes and has not been updated, to me that isn't a good sign..... I have only heard good things about J-Spec so far, but have heard negatives about Imports 101 and Prestige - however as with any business you're never going to have 100% of customers happy so it is hard to tell how genuine some of the negatives are.
  8. Price drop Now $6900 with RWC. Can also remove parts if you want it cheaper!!
  9. Sorry, forgot to add that all badges (other than the grille), stickers, pinstripes, mudflaps etc have all been removed, looks neat & clean.
  10. Judging by the type of headlight, indicators and driving lights in the front bar I'd say it's a series 2. Have you had any quotes on the repairs?
  11. I know it's not a Skyline, but we all need a daily driver! 1994 (1995 Shape - AE101) Toyota Corolla Seca hatch, Super economical and reliable! Good kilometres for age (185000), Automatic, Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Central Locking. 17" Wheels, Professionally lowered with Kings springs and Monroe GT gas shocks, Tinted Windows, Momo steering wheel, Sony CD Player. If you would prefer the car standard I have all standard parts including wheels, steering wheel, etc to return the car to standard in which case the car will be $500 cheaper. Just had full service and tune. Registered till July 2006. Body, paint and mechanicals in excellent condition, interior good condition, would come up excellent with a steam clean. Only faults of car are that the driver's seat has a minor tear in the fabric, which would cost approximately $50 to have repaired, and the rear parcel shelf has holes left over from speakers which are no longer there. These however can easily be filled with a set of $30 speakers. I'm looking for $7500 with no RWC due to time constraints (kids!!), however if required this can be negotiated. EDIT, NOW $6900 WITH RWC. I'm selling the car as I need something bigger with power, most likely an R33 Series 2 Sedan GTST Manual, or a Stagea, haven't quite made my mind up yet!! Located in Melbourne, I can be contacted either by reply, PM, e-mail to [email protected] or on 0418 597 239 [attachmen =25514:attachment]
  12. Yeah, I know you can get them cheaper by doing it yourself, but I simply don't want the hassle or the risk associated with going it alone! At least with a broker they take care of everything from start to finish, and I'm much less likely to end up with a piece of crap because realistically some car yard in Japan isn't going to care if they sell me a shitbox and I never come back as I'm only ever worth one sale to them, whereas they would think twice about screwing a broker because they'd be losing a hell of a lot more than one sale
  13. Thanks for all the feedback everyone, really appreciate it! Will help make the decision easier now!!
  14. Hi, I'm new to this forum, but am hoping to become either a Skyline or Stagea owner real soon Does anyone out there have any eperience positive or negative using either J-Spec or Imports 101 through the whole searching, importing and compliancing process? I'm not sure who to go through and although J-Specs pricing seems really cheap I'm concerned there are hidden costs, or the vehicles are simply worn out, so would appreciate anyone's advice! Please post or pm if you have any advice. Thanks, Justin.
  15. Hi, I'm new to this forum but hoping to become a regular once I get the car I want! I've had a search through here but can't find exactly what I want, so thought I'd post a wanted to buy topic. I'm specifically after the following: R33 Series 2 GTST Manual Sedan: MUST have ABS and Dual airbags, sunroof preferably Car needs to be in VGC. Not really fussed whether stock or modified, oh and the car needs to be in VIC. If you have such a car for sale, please post or PM me! Thanks, Justin.
