Hello again, I now have my Rear Wing and Front Bar / Front Bar Lip to add to the list. The wing is in perfect nick, but the paint has oxodised (spelling) apart from that its fine. The front bar is the one in my avatar. Its actually the stock front bar then the lip (which is about the size of the front bar anyway) fits over that. I'm selling them together though because the front bar has already been cut to fit a FMIC and also has been cut to accept the side mount IC too. But you don't see any of this as the front spoiler / lip covers it all up but the air vents in it allow pretty good flow to the cut outs of the bar behind it. Also great if you have a FMIC and want a stock look. It does however (look at the pics) have a crack and piece missing on the front lip. Its about the size of a 20c piece, apart from that the only other thing is the paints scratched. Prices: -Wing $100 -Front Bar $100 I don't think I've ever seen this front anywhere so its not real common and suits the dayz kit really well. At this stage I still have all parts for sale.

Ok the buyer hasn't gotten back to me for the last week and hasn't paid for the goods and I need these gone asap. Got new furniture coming next week. So they are back up for sale again. Same as before, pick up only or am prepared to meet half way with in reason. And I will not hold the goods anymore. First to collect and pay gets them. Yeah basically what everyone else has said. But stageas can vary a lot in fuel economy from car to car but what you saw wasn't unusual. Happens to me most times when I get that low. I find that if I boot it around a bit it will drop but park it up and leave it sit for a bit (or even just drive it gently for a while) and it will go up again. The last quater does seem to go down pretty quick though. I usually get to around 120 - 150kms on the first quater (takes ages to move off full then falls pretty quick) then usually about 210 - 230 on half then about 360 on the last quater then by the empty mark its usually on 400 - 430kms. This is based on easy around town driving. Highway is better usually unless I do a lot of over taking and ofcourse spirited driving then you can watch the guage drop. But like everyone else here is saying don't worry too much about it. And there is always things you can do to improve the fuel economy anyway. A SAFC is the best place to start.

I got mine removed and resprayed when the bodykit was done. I belioeve that would be the best way to do it. And sometimes that patch of rust can be bigger than you think, pull the mirror off and have a look first. Not in all cases but in some it can spread.

It still has ON SITE warranty till next October (was a 3 year in total). I have had to use this once but all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse on one of the boards which the technician arrived pretty quickly and repaired on the spot and hasn't given any trouble since, so I can confirm (after seeing inside the TV) that the panel and most of the circut boards had LG stamped on them. I still have the origional purchase reciept as well, for proof of purchase. Unit is in excellent condition and the only reason I'm selling is because I have now purchased a projector and will have no use for this anymore. Price is $950 FIRM and no swaps of any kind. I have done my research on low cost plasma's and this unit still retails (check the above link) for $1399, probably more in stores but I base prices online as thats what most do these days. Considering its still got a fair bit of warranty left I think this is a fair price. Also pickup only, no postage. I'm located in Brisbane. I also have for sale a 3 piece Entertainment Unit, Coffee Table and Lamp Table (or small coffee table). The Entertainment unit is the same one the plasma is sitting on in the pics. These were purchased at the same time as the plasma and are in great condition (there are some small marks here and there from general use but nothing major) Will not seperate under any means. nothing I would class as common. But do a search on the stagea section of the forums and you should come across all the information you will ever need

2.5ltrs of n/a power pulling 1700 odd kg's. He'd be better off getting a push bike, or just walking. It'd be quicker I still think they should have looked at a VG30 out of the Z32 or even better a VH45 from the cima or something like that. Ummmmmmmm blown V8 stagea P.S If he saves from now till he gets off his P's he could get a nice 260RS Stagea. It'd be worth the wait imo.

I could give you my high and low throttle settings but if the car leans out and you smash a ring land etc, from detonation (pinging) I don't want to be held responsible in anyway and you do so at your own risk. I'm also using a apexi SITC for ignition timing control so my timing has been advanced untill 2500rpm then retarded high up from around 5000. Personally I wouldn't risk it, whats a 4 week wait for a dyno compared to a possible dead engine. BUT if your still dead keen PM me and I will give them to you

Don't know about a HKS safc but could help you out with an Apexi safc lol I'm assuming you got all the setting right as far as sensor type, cylinders, tps direction and your car is starting and running fine etc etc? And your just after some settings for the mapping? If this is right just leave them all dead flat until you can get it on a Dyno. Every car is different (even though they may have identical mods etc.) but its not worth the risk trying to ball park it. I could give you my hi and lo throttle settings and they would probably be fine but if you have a crook fuel pump for one example then your in big trouble and your not going to know till its too late. Just wait the few week man. But if you need help with the initial settings for your cars sensors and type etc. Then let us know what you need and we'll be able to help out.

Had the same problem myself before I got the safc and sitc tuned. Was R&R, it was noticable even before I turned the boost up, not too bad though. Then when I put the front mount on and raised it to 10psi the R&R was pretty harsh at times. Holding it on first or second gear at around 5000 on 3/4 throttle would produce some neck braking jumping around at times. However if I held it at wot wouldn't happen nearly as bad. After the tune its pretty much all gone now. Can still see some evidence of it on my graph but you don't really notice it. I was surprised to be having R&R issues at only 10 - 11psi but the tune fixed it.

The blending is perfect. I've had a look in as many different lights as possible since I got it back and I can spot any difference. They did one of my mirrors too. Again perfect blending. Plus for a pretty high profile and well known workshop it was refreshing to see how helpful and friendly they were. Considering some of the cars they had in there where the owners would have been spending thousands of dollars (there is a series 6 rx7 getting r34 gtr taillights fitted for eg.) I didn't expect to be that much of a priority. The only reason I went with them is that I had to pick the car up from there and decided to get a quote. After expecting a stupid high quote I was really surprised, and even more when I had the car back within a week inc. a public holiday. And it looks like I'll be getting my wheels through them too as they offered a discount when I decide what I want.

Hey guys, Thought I'd post some pics of the car now its back from DMD. I can't recomend these guys enough. I dropped the car off to them on the Friday, Monday was a public holiday here in QLD and I had the car back by 1pm the following Friday. They were very good on price. If anyone wants to know PM me as I don't want to give anyone false ideas on quotes. But considering I had them fit the kit and repair heaps of other things from descent size dings and scratches right up to the little stuff and some rust under the mirrors. They even put little mesh inserts in the gills on the side skirts. There was a good portion of the car that would have had to be sprayed to blend it all I'm guessing. I was so surprised to get it back when I did, all polished (then it fu*king rained before I could even get it out of their driveway, shouldn't complain about rain though ). The pics dont' do it justice and the kit (which AMS supplied, again at a good price) lined up perfectly and there are no nasty gaps or anything. But incase you were wondering whats with the big strip of masking tape going from the wing to under the hatch door. The next day after I picked it up I noticed the wing was pretty crooked, but I took it in today with out booking it in and they got a couple of guys onto it straight away while I waited. Took about 30mins and the tape is just holding in place till tomorrow when I can pull it off again. Now it just needs some wheels (the stock ones really let it down) but I'm pretty sure I know what I want and they'll have plenty of dish.

yeah ditto. I always thought a trip computer told you km's you've done, how much fuel your using per 100km and how many km's you've got left before your empty. Not that a stagea needs that. Answer is simple... not many + shitloads = bugger all

Pics as promised guys. Now I've got the parts off the car I have had a better look at them. The side skirts a perfect. There are scratches and scuffs on the paint from being moved around and from being on the car etc, (obviously) but no damage, resprayed they'd look like new. The rearbar lip / extenstion. Its actually in 2 pieces (didn't know that). Once again has some scratches (very few though). Where the exhaust was sitting has become black and there are 3 REALLY TINY cracks. I tried to use super macro on my camera to pick them up in the pic you can kind of see it. I didn't notice it till it was off the car. Also on the driver side piece there is a crack right underneath (you'd have to be under the car to see it). I also got a pic of this so you can see it. But you would never see it once on the car but would cost bugger all to fix it was it was getting painted etc. Other than these 2 things the rest is great and I kept all the wing nuts and bolts that hold it onto the rear bar. Also if anyone wants it, I kept the factory rear bumper. Its fine but on the drivers side someone just clipped it. Its mostly just paint damage but the plastic has been pushed in the slightest amount. But if anyone wants to come and get it they can have it for free. I really can't see why it couldn't be fixed but I'm not a panel beater so I don't know for sure.

I got these 2 thick (one red and one green) manuals in a red stagea folder when I got my car. Heaps of stuff in them but since they're all in Japanese I can only look at the pics and try and make sense of it. I remember seeing a pic of that switch before and it pointed to something to do with the wind screen. I assumed it had something to do with heating it as well. But I have never been able to test it out!

Looks sweet. I usually like eye lids personally and want to get some myself but I agree they just don't seem to suit. I don't know if its because its a series 2 or it doesn't blend with the grille / front bar. Not sure, but strange 'cause I usually like them. I hadn't seen them on a series 2 before though. Otherwise it looks sweet. Congrats. Also is it just me or do the lids look a little off shade to the rest of the paint. Maybe thats it. Love the grille though too.

^^^Yeah. I have owned a few imports now (all Nissans) and have never had the pleasure of getting the factory flare. But a work friend just got a mint R33 and it came with the flare. Nothing special really I guess but its pretty cool just to get one. I probably wouldn't want to use it though just to keep it there Mind you, it would probably fetch a bit on Ebay

Just install the SAFC anyway. I picked up almost 20awkw from that alone. Still waiting on results on Fuel economy. Think it can still be leaned out more on lower throttle

Ok Guys I will be getting the Stagea back from the body shop this week so will have some parts for sale. I believe they are the standard Dayz optioned parts. Rear Bar Extention / Lip $130 Side Skirts $150 As you can imagine these are big items so I don't have any means of packaging them for postage or anything. So local pick up only unless you want to organise your own freight company and get them to package them up. Car SHOULD be back on Friday so I will have the parts then. Josh.
