Kido Racing Adjustable Coilovers - Group Buy
Adelaideprosound replied to Adelaideprosound's topic in Group Buys
Before we get on the bagging train, please realise that these coilovers are no different, than maybe , G4, D2 and the like. They are pretty much all made in Taiwan and is no way reflected on their quality. However if you want to feel like research and development is the way to go then go ahead and buy any of the other brand names. I have used the product and all i can say is i havent had any problems. -
Was i the only one arguing?, or were there others involved. Read my posts above.
-
Well if you read my posts i am actually fighting to save teh research thread, and trying to explain that he should keep his mouth and opinions to himself.
-
Look at my post above yours where i said "shakes head" and that should pretty much explain to you that i gave up already . No point in trying to teach an internet troll the realities of real world living.

And once again you rely on pm and email. Man do you just beleive everything thats written, for gods sake. Anyway what i am saying is, ur posting up photos of your cars and telling us how shit hot they are, i posted my cars to tell you im being unbiased towards any product. Hence why i am not here using my cars as an example to say Rota is shit. I dont know because i have never had a set. And since your not old enough i remember the days when people used to say DONT BUY MADE IN JAPAN. How has that changed. Once again i will try to bring my point across a little clearer, as a businessman that has travelled a lot take it from me anything you buy from Japan these days ask where its actually coming from. Because the company will always say that they make it, due to the fact they have signed confidentiality contracts with their manufacturers. I can go to Taiwan and buy you an identical product unbadged that also comes out of a Japanese tunings house, and can also test both products to show you they are the same right down to metal breakdown. But anyway im arguing because your bagging the product but you know nothing about it.

Once again if you know anything about me, you will know that i dont give a toss about any kind of credibility on the interweb. Its full of people like you. As i said i am giving you an example of my two current cars, and what they have on them. Before that if i were to list the countless Work, Volk, BBS, Forgeline, CCW that i have had, bro i had more wheels than you had hot dinners. And what i said SMART PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO MAKE MONEY hence the cars they drive, i didnt say THEIR MONEY BUYS THEM BRAINS. So since your so smart why is your rear bumper falling off that 32. Isnt that dangerous. And once again before you start sounding like an even bigger wanker, as i said i dare you to find one factory in Japan that doesnt outsource their product. Obviously they still have their factories but these days they are mainly used for quality control and sticking badges on the parts that come in from Taiwan. And also since your so smart, Taiwan has a higher level of quality control than China, two different countries, China doesnt have a licence to build OEM brakes for cars whereas Taiwan has.
-
Well you can sit here and debate the atoms and molecules of products made in china and products SUPPOSEDLY made in Japan, because even though you seem well versed on the internet geek tactics, i can tell you SAFELY that most of your Japan made products are actually engineered in Japan and made in Taiwan as a blank item before it goes to Japan and the stickers and Logos get put on. And all this happens due to a confidentiality clause in the signed contract between the company and factory. How i know this? Well im a stupid dumb ass that chooses not to sit on the internet but make money instead, because according to you people that can afford GTR's and the like are not smart just because they have money. So this dumb ass has actually travelled in these places and i know what happens. Since your so smart go make your own money use the internet for something more than TIME WASTING and stop posting heresay instead get the product use it and then bitch about it and then show us that you have a brain not only to just talk shit but to also make money. Because according to you making money doesnt require a brain so you should be a gazillionaire in no time. And instead of using sentences that i have to decipher why not be upfront with what your saying. Oh and here are my cars, gtr uses Volk TE37 Progressive in 19x10.5 +15 and the Supra uses Work Seeker 18x9, 18x10 +15 So before you call me a cheap ass, ask me how much the rims on the gtr cost.

Hang on a minute. How can you speak for a quality of any wheel unless you have had it. You have never owned a Rota wheel, neither have i for that matter. I am going with Forgestar, not Rays or Volk but do you see me constantly beating my head against a brick wall trying to say something negative about a product i have never even seen? Very immature posting from your end, and unless you can back up your posts with some of your own testing of these Rota wheels, i think its time to shut the f**k up. I can punch letters into Google and bring millions of posts of all kind of failures but i wont, i go by using products myself before i open my big wide trap.

Fair enuff champ. I for one think they are awesome lightweight wheels, yes they arent the best looking but sizes being available up untill 12" width, im definitely going for a set or two .
-
I dont mean to nitpick, but those Panasport F1 look like they belong on a Commodore and those meshies, on a 1960 Toyota of some sort.
-
UGLY? I really think you need to have another look,. modular one piece forged wheels extremely lightweight as used on some rather tasty European cars. Here is an example of an Audi R8 and a R35 GTR.

Kido Racing Adjustable Coilovers - Group Buy
Adelaideprosound replied to Adelaideprosound's topic in Group Buys
I did Anyway Group buy starts from 5th of June and it will end 5th of September. Thanks George -
Hi guys A few of my friends know that i have been testing the Kido racing range of products that are Made in Taiwan, particularly their brake kits, and coilover suspension packages with surprising results. They really stand up to some serious abuse, and i have no qualms in using them in my future vehicle builds. I have tested them on my R34 GTR and are currently going through installation on the Supra which i have built over the last two years. The deal with the coilovers is $1100 per set including delivery to your door, and they come with custom spring settings, so if you require a heavier or lighter spring than Kido provides please let me know when you place the order. The reason i use this company is they have an association with manufacturing some of the Greddy products, and i was willing to give them a go. $1100 including shipping with choice of spring rates, 10 people needed. Group buy will go for three months or stop earlier if the numbers are reached. Here is some information on whats available and some photos. ● Mono-tube shock design ● 40 levels of dampening adjustability can be set to any preference ● 44mm linear characteristic internal piston ● Italian IP F.A 5W made very high viscosity index guarantees efficient shock-absorbing action at any ambient temperature ● Lower bracket height adjustability prevents the needs to adjust the spring perch offering the max shock-absorbing travel ● SAE9254 cold-bent spring is designed to optimize the balance between performance and comfort KIDO_COILOVER_APPLICATION.xls

Well i guess the milions of fans dont matter, all that matters is being an F1 Boss, but i fail to see how you can comment on that Talbo? Because you are definitely not an F1 boss and if you were, you can go ahead and ignore what your consumers are telling you. I think thats the reason RBR are laughing stock at the moment. And when i said Vettel was at fault 100% i was talking about the RACING and Mark had every right to stick to his line. Teammates or not would you like to see cars just following each other and when one gets to close the one in front just moves aside? Because thats hell BORING. Mark is the better more experienced driver and handled the situation with maturity unlike that other clown that was gesturing like a moron all the way along.
-
Either i am not looking at things correct, or the millions that are backing webber are dumb. It was Vettel's fault. Majority rules. thanks
-
Ferrari will be nowhere this year sorry to say. But anyway we will wait and see. Anyway what i want to know is HOW THE f**k DID VETTEL END UP WITH MORE FUEL ON BOARD. Simple, the only way RBR COULD SLOW Mark down was to cause a glitch with his car. They tried and all they got in the end is KARMA. And it showed their golden boy for the shit rookie driver he really is, because that was a rookie mistake. Crying bitch Vettel hang your head in shame.

learn how to drive will ya

agreed +1

Followed by get a life .

Vettl was at fault 100%, after reviewing the footage, Mark clearly kept his racing line, it was Vettel that suddenly turned in. Dont forget, coming down the straight Vettel was in the dirt, and you could see the cloud of dust behind him. So he is not DEFINITELY on the racing line. Mark had the inside advantage, and since he wasnt in Vettel head at the time dont forget 300k/ph how was he meant to know and respond to Vettel suddenly trying to shift into the racing line when clearly he hasnt passed yet. Not even near it. Sorry whoever is defending Vettel you are WRONG, i for one dont like webber and have said so in the past, but he has been brilliant this year, and that definitely was not his fault. Its just Vettel has his panties in a know that all of a sudden Mark has risen to the challenge. I mean what does Vettel want his team to do, turn down Marks car so he can win? What a load of shit. That was a dumb rookie mistake and i think Vettel is being a total girl. Its given me more passion now to egg on Webber and hope Vettel loses every race from now on.

Well im waiting for the Supra to be finished bloody picked it up around christmas, took it back for 30 psi tune and we found out the head had broken springs and stuff. So when that one is finished the 34 can get the necessary cooling system and engine rebuild done. But yeh when your ready man on the brakes, i gotta say i have no complaints about them whatsoever, and the Supra will be getting the same package, i also have knowledge that my set came out of the same factory that builds the Patented Greddy Grex package.
