Okay the following people (below) have posted up entrance details, but there seems to be no payments thus far. If you have paid within the last fews days (JDMST fellas), disregard this but as for the rest of you, please clarify. Can i please ask people to PAY FIRST, then POST. Posting your details, then not paying doesnt 'reserve' a spot, it only causes confusion for us trying to collate/track payments in the SAU account, against posts in here. So can i pretty please ask for you to all not post UNTIL YOU HAVE DEPOSITED kthx PS. I will update the list over next couple of days.

List is updated according to payments hitting the SAU account. There can be up to 3-4 days delay also considering the long weekend. But reading through the list posted there are approx another 5+ payments/spots to come in next couple of days.

Yeah no worries Drew, just post update details once you pay but has to be done before the 13th of July. We would rather everyone signed on and assigned wrist bands before the day starts... BUT if PASSENGERS turning up a bit later. All drivers will need to be there and signed on before kick off!

All those who may not have a helmet. You have 2 options... 1. Go to your local motorcycle outlet and pick up a brand new one for approx $100, or 2. Wakefield hire them out for $20 & a $50 returnable deposit or credit card. They hold about 15 helmets

For anyone wondering about the requirements for passengers. As confirmed with Wakefield today, they will need to sign on in the usual Wakefield shed, but a different form to the drivers. No racing license is required, simply 17 years of age or older and obvious clothing & helmet requirements met. Again passengers will be issued with a different arm band to drivers.
