Great Northern!!!!!! I can roll home from there!!!! A hop, skip and a jump to my front door. But Italian @ roseville is good and i can actually attend one as i now have changed roles @ work and now work 9-5 Mon-Fri. But yeah Great Northern is awesome........heaps & heaps of space.....plenty of sexy bar chics, pool tables, great food, and best of all BBBEEEEEEERRR!!!! I am up there quite a few nights a week

Spotted white ceffie on Pacific Hwy in Artarmon and also saw KURSED this morning pulling into Killara petrol servo!! Btw the chrome rims actually look so much better in real life!!!!

This time whoha with Yes Time is not an uncommon event. Simple reason is that most users check the time on their handsets or home clocks......99% of the time they are off. Statistically clocks around the home are faster than 'real time' or EST. We get numerous complaints about people getting charged the standard rate because they 'swear' they called after 8pm.......Yes im sure they did....but not as per EST. If you make a call @ 7:59:59pm, your entire call will be billed as per normal. As i have adivsed time and time again...just wait that extra 5-10 minutes to be sure! As for the caps.....$79 cap is da bomb - $500 calls & sms, all i can also say (due to marketing reasons) if your with Optus.......keep your ears and eyes out for a 'new & improved' $79 & $49 cap to hit the market soon.......... Oh yeah if you haven't gathered....i am an acc manager for Optus Mobile.....

If this BIG cruise can hold off for a month or so i will on like donkey kong. The Ceffie is still not on the boat so could be a bit over a month! I am also Northside so if the cruise goes ahead it's here, i may be a passanger sl*t, if anyone is willing!

Gees well it will be interesting to see when my Ceffie gets here considering it also has a dori background......WHEN IT GETS HERE!!!! Geees so antsi about getting it but it still isnt on the boat yet...apparently having trouble getting it on! How long did it take for those who imported their's??? I don't mind the wait really gives me more time to save $$$$ for goodies...just going crazy as i want it YESTERDAY But hey as the saying goes ' Good things come to those who wait '

Well when the ceffie is here i will count the # of cable ties and update you all I suppose the less the better. She looks in good nick so hopefully it wont have that many *fingers crossed*

lol CC....i agree with the weight thing. That is the main reason why i am steering away from the RB26. Rb25 has great power capabilities with the weight advantage. Especially considering it will eventually become a track/dori pig How'd all the engineering go with ur car mate??? All sweet?

Dave - Nice work on landing a Ceffie with a RB25 turbz in it!!! Mate i would love to drop the RB26 into it but cost difference bewteen the 25 & 26 is about $5000 so cant really justify it with current budget. May see what happens down the track thou...the RB25 isn't planned to go in for at least 6-12 months so maybe by then i can afford the donk RB26!!!

On the topic of front bars etc, does anyone have any recommendations for locating BN Sports & URAS kits.....looking to eventually get the URAS skirts and front bar with the BN Sports rear bar.....im sure it will cost a fortune for genuine items so open to suggestions of places that do replicas!! Ando

Once my Ceffie (a.k.a. the purple people eater....yes it has been named ) gets here we will defo have to organise a cruise!!! Get to know the ppl and faces behind the Cefiro posse! lol

Hey there guys & gals I am hopefully picking up the cefiro in a few weeks time and was hoping i could get some sound advise on things to look for when inspecting it. It seems to have a bit of drift setup on it (roll cage, exhaust etc) and seems to may of had a dorifto background. Would you guys be able to recommend things / areas to look at on the car to ensure there is no serious issues with it! IE....engine bay...suspension... I suppose just looking for advise from people who have picked up there Cefiro and what areas need to be inspected! Many thanks in advance Ando

CC - Mate i think the roll cage will be staying, but if i change my mind will let you know for sure! Basket - Dude did you drop the RB25 into it, or did u get the car already with the RB25? Looking at dropping same engine in and i know prices for the engine but just wondering on costs for installing it all? Cheers

Lane Cove is so so much better than R&R!! Great prices, large servings, plenty of parking, great service and most importantly the meat is EXCELLENT! I just find that R&R is a little on the pricey side for the service and quality you get! You won't be disappointed defecting to the Lane Cove River Steakhouse contingent!

There is a product called 'Gumption' (something like that) which is absolutly awesome. Gets rid of anything!!!! Comes in a tub about the size of a margerine container and looks like a white paste. Try your local kmart or hardware store. Another product is called Gumrid...comes in a little bottle of liquid....also pretty good. Hope it helps

Mate what u on about......ur ceffie is HORN!! I actually had the pic of it infront of the house as my wallpaper for ages.(when on meggala's site)...then i found out u bought it. Mine is all pretty stocko.....RB20, exhaust, roll cage, wheels and yes paint job. It supposedly a mix blue / purple depending on lighting.....im sure both cars will look quite nice together.... Yeah should catch up once its here....good luck with the engineering, im sure it will all be passable!

Gees CC been reading thru all this on going saga and all i can say is KUDOS to you dude!!! I have a 88 Ceffie on the way from the land of Japan, due here in a few weeks and i have everything crossed that it doesn't have half the issues you are having.......If i was you the car would of copped a verbal abusing then a endless beating.......sure it doesn't fix the problem...but you feel oh so much better afterwards......anyways i live in the same area (chatswood) so once she lands i will have to come say g'day to everyone and maybe drop by and check out this car i hear so much about........I'd wish i could help out but i'd say my mechanic skills leave a little to be desired...but hey i got 2 hands so i can only learn!!
