I didn't really wanna add to this topic since it's an old one, but how/why is the whole "should have been run in Shoot_6F, not Shoot_6" going to make such a difference, exactly? (without repeating the ramp rating etc - just a clearer answer)

(Car is an auto to start with, so no "Get a Power FC")
If I get both an Apexi SAFC & ITC will I be able to get a hi-flow turbo and run it safely?
or will I need the fuel control that the emanage or an equivalent unit offers to do that?

If I bought either of these seats would it be possible to just get the centre part re trimmed in a different colour material or would they have to redo the whole seat?

That's incorrect..R34's are the same as R33's - "dual" stage.
Plenty of people here have done it and can vouch for it working, myself included. I even have a toggle switch hooked up so there is no doubt that it works.
Standard = Boosts @ 4-5psi til around 4000rpm then jumps to 7-8psi..with the switch flicked it's boosting @ 7-8psi from around 2500rpm.
