Hi. If you havent had the job done there maybe a simple fix. If the outlet is on the ground floor get some plastic pipe push it over the outlet and direct it away from the wall. should fix your problem. If the outlet is leaking constantly you will probably need a new valve on the heater unit.

Hi. If the car has previously been registered and regardless of no plates it should still have the vin number stamped into the firewall. If so the registration people have a record of the car.You should be able to sort out registration if this is the case.

Hi. If it was me i would replace the pads with a set of standard 400c pads should fix the problem. Sounds as if your pads are too hard or the pad mix is incorrect. A little tip if you use your car only on the street a harder pad takes longer to heat up therefore is not as efficient as a standard pad.
