  1. Hi. The best system is hot water( not boiling but hot)mixed with some detergent- melts the sap and the detergent cleans it off.
  2. Hi. This may or not help. If you have installed a new slave cylinder you must have the bleeder at the top. If you have it at the bottom you will never bleed it as the air always goes to the top.I have seen people spend weeks and litres and litres of brake fluid trying when the bleeder is at the bottom. Hope this helps.
  3. Try Brasso buy it from supermarkets. Have used it for years to clean perspex, polishes alloy wheels perfectly. Don't waste your money with the fancy named brands- try it you won't be dissapointed-its cheap. You may need to use wet and dry if you panel is badly marked-I would use 2000 then brasso.
  4. Hi. Can you please advise details of VIN BNR32 008455. Regards Terry
  5. Hi. What Deren is referring to is the sensor which is behind the 4 slits located beside the ash tray. To check the sensor is connected remove the ash tray look and you will see the sensor on the right hand side. Locate the wires coming from it and if it is not connected fish around and find the other connector- you cannot go wrong as all the connectors only fit one thing. Hopefully this should fix the problem. If you have any work done to your car recently ie clutch or new stereo equipment it is usually the cause as professinals?? who do the work like to remove the surround which goes around the centre dash equipment and neglect to connect this or the cigarette lighter wires. Hope this helps. There is another sensor located in the engine compartment on the firewall behind the engine although is not normally a problem unless you have been playing around in that area.
