  1. Polish and ceramic coat, hi octane do great work... Dont polish the alloy and leave uncoated otherwise youll be polishing it every other day to keep it shiny

I had similar problems on my fg bonnet when i first installed it, turned out some of the underside of the bonnet itself near the latch was hitting and preventing clear access of the latch to the u bit, filed it back a little and it works fine. Can you see any place that seems to be hitting something near the u metal??

  9. Havnt coated the parts yet but i did finish the clear indicator lenses so i now all clear glass lenses on the front bar...

  11. Is you existing radiator stuffed? Is your car overheating from radiator problems? Has the radiator got a leak? If the answer is no why change it? Im still running the original radiator with no issues and have modified pretty much everything except motor internals... But yeah from others experiences std clutch fan works best
  12. If you want internal wastegate go hypergear 3076iw has seen limited results, nistune for the ecu.. These are the cheaper end of reliable mods... If you use the Pfc you dont have to have or use the hand controller btw Read sau for all the info you need and to even find a tuner, you may have to travel for a decent tuner who knows RBs.
  13. If you really want to upgrade your power you need to educate yourself so that you can answer your own question of "is this too much to pay?" If you read sau youll find lots of options to modify for more power and not all options start at $5k...

  16. A few sensors ive seen are quite long, if i mount one jn the exhaust housing of turbo, how long does it need to be? And if i get industrial thermocouples Australia to make some up for me what length do i tell them? If i lower my intake temp through ceramic coating and insulators on intake plenum, fmic and piping will it make a noticeable dif to temp in exhaust housing?

  18. ^^^^ this plus, why do you want that power, seriously from a person that keeps modifying, get it solid and drive it... So man times i have been to track days or a texi and i guy that does better times is std r33 with more seat time...

  20. I have a silver d40 nav towing my silver r33, pretty cool, now nust have too black out the chrome and wheels to match the 33 for looks... New smf clutch to go in and all should be sweet...
  21. Ive noticed since updating the sau app i get more crashes and long pauses loading, sometimes it wont load certain threads at all until hours later... But still alot better than using a browser on iphone...

  23. Yep heat it up will work, or use a mig to weld a bead on it, thatll heat it up too
