HKS turbo kits are designed for their application as well, but they have been doing it a hell of alot longer and known to produce responsive setups with no 'dicking' around...
I dont believe there is any 'the best' setup, its what works all feels good to the owner unless your in comp...
but to say "Nice turbo too, very responsive piece of kit. Don't change anything on it. and when you feel you need more, strap on a hypergear."
Ive read, no, its not a responsive turbo compared to other HKS', and strapping on a hypergear is just one of many options, not 'the' option...
