  1. Ive contact a CF bonnet supplier on US ebay (not these guys but another seller) for a nismo style CF over fibreglass bonnet... I'll PM you some details, will be less than $800 delivered... they can make alterations and vent blocking plates for them as well....
  2. out of interest is your 33 the white one that is seen racing V8s on your BFs youtube uploads???
  3. hey your a coasty, where abouts on the coast are you???
  4. need pics of the underneath to give an idea really...
  5. and the US dollar is still diving... so its cheaper to buy parts thru the US than it is anywhere else lately...
  6. wow these guys pricing on CF parts is so low... http://stores.ebay.com/racing-guys-store/_i.html?rt=nc&_nkw=carbon%20fibre&_sid=50184472&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14.l1513&_pgn=1 I wonder what quality is like and if they would be keen to make 33 parts, hoods, boots, roof spoilers, front guards, skirts etc...
  7. if it were to fit in the slightly sunken roof area on the r33 so the whole roof was flush it could look sweet... but what about 33s with a sunroof..?
  8. filter relocator group buy, Im in!!!!
  9. cant wait to see the final product & price then, excellent...
  10. its not a flange that is used on any other turbos apart from HKS proS Im pretty sure...
  11. is that a laser cut flange? stainless or mild steel?
  12. oh cool, I for some reason thought it was front lip.... will look good with CF roof spoiler
  13. pics of said carbon lip spoiler please....
  14. start with Mig, stick and Oxy and progress to tig, dont buy a unit until you really have to and maybe wait until you have tig down to a good point and can afford to start doing it at home... I did three courses or metal arc welding at Tafe, included stick, oxy and mig and finished off with some tig... it helps if you can progress through the different welding techniques, there is alot of info to learn as far as filler types, different heats and joint types... Dont expect yourself to able to be a good tig welder by the end of some short courses though, it takes practice, even mig welding takes practice to get nice pro looking welds, and just because it looks good doesnt mean its strong... so practice practice and practice....
  15. can you get some photos of some of his CF work completed? How thick would the roof spoiler be in the end? would it be hollow or just a half shell production? What will he be using to make the mould, need to be sure of final shape.
  16. would they still be able to have the LED light up shift pattern on top, it seems like they would have to change the entire shaft to have that feature?
  17. 50mm rear guard price would be interesting for sure....
  18. where abouts did you find the 50mm rear guards?
  19. Ive never heard of 50mm wider guards before.... 30mm is the most Ive seen although have a look at Cross Factory guards. sounds like you'll need a custom fab job...
  20. I have a spare orange lense that will be thrown away if you need it Dale.... Im still keen to see if I can cut down the glass lense and use the same reflector since Ive have all the parts...
  21. I thought the dullness to the indicator side was because the reflector isnt as shiny and bright as in the driving light.... I wonder if I can fit the reflector into the indicator side as well so they look the same...
  22. I pick up some broken foglight assemblies with glass intact for $40 on the forums...
  23. Ive never taken and notice of the cowling on a r31, 32, 34 or 35 for that matter... so I have no idea what it looks like or if its the same or what...
  24. we would like to think so....
  25. I think the ztune front fenders are just an add on piece, Ive seen the part before but never installed...
