  1. thread fails without pics or price
  2. prices & pics of roll cage, seats, radiator, surge tank and lines.... this is a GTST body correct? pics & prices of everything then....
  3. well you have front camber goin on, overly lowered cars generally wont handle as well as properly lowered cars that have been aligned well.. so have you got: adjustable camber bushes front and rear adjustable castor (not a necessity but can help) Im guessin if you dial out some of the camber your wheels will scrub, so raise the car and get a correct alignment... or better offset rims thinner rims (so you can fit them under the guard once you lower it that far) and lower it again... but lack of tyre width will reduce grip a tad.
  4. looks like the front has a bit of camber on it.
  5. how much camber? how much castor? what sway bars or what settings on adjustables? what width tyres? Who did the alignment?
  6. how much did you lower it? just how much tuck are we talking? list suspension mods
  7. my carmate bonnet fitted just fine, no adjustments required, r33 series 2 fibreglass vented bonnet
  8. car mate PSI JSAI gt Autostyle jap parts wa and keep watching the sale section... you didnt look very hard, that was page 1 of google search r33 bodykits, all have GTR bits for gtst
  9. which bodykit, the std one??? have you checked the for sale section or even just googled.... sounds like you need to do some simple searching...
  10. is it set to the right afm? Have you had a tuner look at it? Have you search for 'idle hunting' issue on SAU? Have you checked & cleaned AAC valve? is the AFM working? is it plugged in? and of course everyones favourite do you have an atmo bov? not that mine causes me any problems... Could be lots of things, good place to start is to maybe search for idle hunting on SAU forums
  11. yep sounds like you could do a great job at a DIY gearbox rebuild thread webber
  12. yep I concur, would look gay^^^
  13. where abouts are you located? Which door has the scratch? no sunroof? Any pics???
  14. if these were authentic ganadors Id be interested in some for an r33
  15. not a problem even with an atmo bov fitted, but my HKS2835pros has a 3" intake and surge slots
  16. I dont think its 'do it as good as the professionals' I think its more not being able to complete it at all... the gearbox needs specialised tools... Im sure I read somewhere on here that the gearbox factory did decent price on full rebuild if you supply just the box.
  17. the force has to go somewhere, so are you saying that little damper shock takes the punishment...??? wouldn't the damper just put more pressure but less movement on the mounts? I rarely see these things on big budget builds, if they were a good thing surely the big name workshops would be using them?
  18. $1500+ for a rebuild approx, you can do it yourself if you know how to rebuild gearboxes... then you would probably want to put in a new clutch and fluid at the same time, depending on power $400 for stock clutch, $900 for 300rwkw clutch... plus machine flywheel, spigot bush replace etc...
  19. ^^^ exactly what I was thinking....^^^
  20. Im gonna take a guess and say undo all the little bolts around the circumference...
