6 into 1 extractors???? u need to run atleast 20 psi through your std turbo to get them to work more efectivly, atleast 30 rwkw gain there

we will c how long it runs for then. 8 psi and about 10-1 compresion

no the bore size is diferent and your rb25de may have vvt. if it doesnt go and get a acl coper head gasket to suit a rb30 (1.6 mm) as they are the same bore size. if u have vvt then go get a rb25det gasket 1 of them metal shim 1ns.

i had a basic cool mist setup on my vlt ran 20- 28 psi on a na convert and made 253rwkw on 20 psi also ran 13.2 @124 mph with the thing at hethcote (28 psi) (couldnt get it off the line with out smashing the shit out of axels) good value but i wouldnt rely on the system mine was there to prolong the abuse of the motor. it worked lol i also ran 17 degrees base timing with the thing.

yea i know the old pintara gears thing. ive got a 4 pinion lsd siting here just cant be bothered doing it, working on all the suspension at the the moment. also the auto is shaged doesnt shift well 1st-2nd then doesnt get the lockup converter happening at all. been a mechanic (nissan) i just cant be bothered with my own car. its still got the stock skyline zorst and stock exhaust manifold so if i put extractors +zorst on it it would be a bit beter. i just want it to drive good again been a 17 year old car or whatever it is it cant be expected to be mint but yea its still anoying.

ive got a stock vvt rb25de in a r31 and its making 119.9 rwkw. its just got a pod and a 3 inch pipe to the t/b. doesnt feal that fast, like if it was in a vl, or was a rb30 it would fly, but its auto with 3.7 gears so im thinking that it is affecting it badly

keep us updated. also i wanna know how it all fits up and all that jaz chuck up some pics when your done. the latest zoom mag has 1 of there plenums in it and it looks ok but it all depends on how it works -
6-boost all the way. full warenty, i beleive its a lifetime warnty. also he has manifolds on customer cars on here. they suposably decrease spool time by up to 500 rpm. there is a great thread going about his manifolds in the advertiser section of calais turbo.

i have 1 tommie inlet cam (256) so thats good then. i tink i will setal with a isp (arial) plenum they seam to be the pics of the group. i think i could make good power with the standard manifold but i wanna make power with as litle boost/effort posible. the less restriction the less boost so i mite go 1 of them -

we have had 4 of there monsta 50 mm waist gates all but 1 leaked. they are a hks coppy and the piston doesnt seat corectly and the shafts are bent on another 1 i got the 1st 1 for my car on a rb so it didnt leak , then out apprentace got 1 for his XF (twin gt3070,el motor lotsa other shit) ist 1 leaked got warrenty, warrenty 1 leaked, put mine on fine, got another 1 seamed fine (so he reconed) took it to mikes dyno for a tune get ph call saying gate leaking, not happy. now he is looking at a turbo smart 48 or a tial 60. mikes recon it needs the bigest gate u can put on it. -

its like bowing through2 straws. 1 is from maccas the other 1 is the small 1 u get from kfc. you will get more presure with the small 1 than the big 1 but alot more air flow with the big 1. no diferent with your head manifold ect. the boost presure u get is a mesure of restriction, reduce the restriction reduce the boost and get more power.

also been in a vl is the fuel lines in the corect way. ive had that issue b4 and just had the fuel lines the wrong way around

cool, yhea thats what i thought.... problems with the rb25 is that so manny ppl are suposabley making xxx rwkw on what they say is no mods or with just a cam gear or whatever u get the drift and its hard to seperate the bs from the truth and the ppl who are arnt real informative at time's. its not this forum so dont worry guys. 1 thing i have found is u guys will help other forum members. also r31 nismo do u have cams ect or any other major work done. -

i dont c that the lifters will be that much of a problem when there are plenty of high powered rb20/25/30's making plenty of power with them i just want the truth about the plenums b4 i go and waist $xxxx on a gredy plenum or whatever when some1 else's plenum is way beter, or works the same as a gredy 1. -

thanks for the replys guys. yea i relised that replacing the manifold could net gains but its a cost v's gain thing that is the problem. if its going to produce a good gain, or help with the way the thing drives then i will do it, but if its all about wank factor and looks then im not sure it will be worth it. its $1000+ that i can put into something else. r31 nismod thats great power with the std inlet. so do u beleive that your setup could realy gain from a aftermarket inlet even though your against it, would it help. and ive been looking around at the cpc plenums and am verry impressed with how they look, but the question still is will it work as good if not beter than the std 1. like if ppl can get huge power out of the std item is it realy worth it. say for 15 kw up top and a los down low then in my opinion its not worth me spending the money. but if it makes 15 kw and more tourque in the midrange and looses 10 up top or more up top then in my opinion thats a great option.... im still not sure.
