Yeah difficult subject... QH is severely centralised, hence most of the applications are managed, supported and run from Brisbane by a QH IT department called Corporate Services... I did 1.5 yrs up there upgrading the WAN, and the politics, red tape and "great idea, lets do nothing" problem were too much for me in the end...
I can point you in the right directions though. But fair warning: dealing with QH IT is a long and ardous task...
