spotted a silver 32 with dark rims near the police academy at largs. saw the sau sticker at the last moment, couldn't get a wave off. nice car dude. i was in the dirty maroon 33.

you don't need to be specific, but what area of north haven, in the marina area or the older area's that were built in the 70's. i live near the foodland so i think i'll be keeping a close eye on mine. arm up people, we need to fix this problem ourselves, cops are useless.

yeah, liked the demo and yes, does look mint on a hd lcd. will pick up the game this week when it comes out.

i got the same problem. i had to take my shocks out when going over the pits and found my shocks are rooted. can be compressed by hand. this was about 2 months after pedders said they were in perfect working order. go somewhere good. a lot of bogans work at pedders.

Region Free Games On A Xbox 360elite (aus Version)
igota33 replied to madaz R33's topic in PC & Games Discussion
region free normally means it will play on any 360 in any country. i'm a sony fan so am not real sure on the microsoft side of things but all ps3 games so far are not region coded so i can buy a game from any country and it should theoretically work on my aus spec system. craig -
try this tutorial. bookmarked it ages ago but never got around to doing it. good luck. post some pictures when your done. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...te+control+leds craig

i got randomly pulled over the other night because the po-po 'thought the car was stolen'. i asked them about it a bit more and apparently about a dozen have been stolen in the last couple of months. alarm up people, you could be next!

i think the LED t10 are still illegal, they are in sa anyway. went over the pits today and got re-defected for them.

i thought the reason speed cameras were set up for 10% lea-way was because the ADR's state a vehicle manufacturer needs to make sure the speedo is accurate by +/- 10%. they can't book you if the law states your speedo is allowed to show 60 when in actual fact your doing 66. the ADR's set you up to get fined. theoretically i should be able to drive 121kph in a 110 zone because my speedo is allowed to be out 10%. i could be wrong though.

the last thing on my checklist to clear my defect is ride height. anyone got any standard springs for a skyline i could borrow for a few days? i'd really appreciate it.

as the title states, got defected last night for atmo blow off valve. need to return the car to normal. i've got most of the stuff i need( ecu, blow off valve, standard rims with 3 tyres etc..) but need a little help in sourcing: 1. standard springs 2. 1 standard rim with tyre as one of mine has been slashed from previous owner. would probably be better with 2 so they match tread. regency can be picky sometimes. 3. maybe cat back exhaust. i'll try with mine but doubt it will get through. if anyone could help me out i'd been keen on buying you a carton/bottle or money. the car is booked in at regency fri 14th august at 9:40am. it would only be for a couple of days, mainly to get the parts changed over and back again. i'm a very trustworthy person looking for a little help from the skyline community. if you can help me out or know anyone who could, pm me or ring me on 0403462864. cheers, craig p.s. the car is a series 1 r33.

have found a small leak from my water pump so believe it's time for a change. did a bit of a search. some people are saying timing covers and belts, the whole shebang. others are saying you can remove the pump without doing the rest of the stuff. engine rebuilt about 50,000km ago. does get driven hard often. any ideas. would prefer maybe just replacing pump and all belts (not the timing belt). any thoughts and ideas? cheers fellas, craig

the new GTR will be featuring in Need for Speed:Pro Street. can wait to modify that sucker. check out the vid here: http://au.media.ps3.ign.com/media/904/904766/vids_1.html no pictures of a 'tuned' version yet but looks pretty sick to me.

this game will move many 360's and ps3's into homes. apparently it's all in game footage, so it should look exactly like it does. can't wait for this game. need to start saving for a ps3, 1080p sony lcd and killer surround sound. bring on the chainsaw!

i'm keen for a lockbar mate. wanna put me down too. r33 s1

the rims do look tough on a 33. see this at work all the time. very drift. good luck with the sale mate.

pm wrxhoon on this forum. he was doing gel cell sealed odyssey copies for $160 delivered. in a skyline you have to have, by law, a battery which is vented to atmosphere, not your boot, or a completely sealed battery which these are. from memory they were 550cca and i've never had a problem with mine, even after leaving the stereo on for hours. excellent trader.

cheers crack. found those guys but: 1. They're $15 each bearing and 2. they're closed for christmas. i have now ordered some from america at $11 U.S. incl. postage for 2 bearings which is about $14. sent by air mail. thanks everyone for your help. craig
-
from what i can gather, they are used in dentistry and watch making as well as model helicopters. i want them for a model helicopter i'm trying to repair. they are available in the U.S. but the postage they want for them is more than the bearings. looks like it may be too hard. i might have to try an alternative. i've tried model shops across australia, bearing wholsalers etc. but to no avail. i'm not normally into these things but i'm hooked on this... http://www.modelflight.com.au/rc_model_hel..._helicopter.htm it's more of a hop up for the helicopter. will have a 1mm carbon fibre rod running through it.
