  1. Don't you remember this car allblitz?, ibrought it off you. Has been lowered with King springs (30mm), kit from Carmate is the same as your white 34. Thought about Uras kit which i like but a bit expensive $1300 plus paint and fit prob $1000. Think it looks better on white sedans too.
  2. Here's my 34, waiting on bodykit from carmate, taking ages. Rflirty4, am also in Kilsyth, is your coupe a white S1?
  3. Have skirts and rear aprons on order from Carmate who have a huge variety of kits and getting them painted and fitted by Speedway fibreglass in Montrose 9761 8366 who have come highly recomended as this is all they do.
  4. THEY WERE 18' ANZ TYCOONS. R33 SEDAN S2 TAIL LIGHTS ARE THE BEST.
  5. What style front bar does it have?
  6. Did the front bar go with the sale or is it still available?
  7. Very nice, manuals are like hens teeth to find especially in good condition. Heres a pic of the one i had. 4 doors rule.
  8. The spoiler you are looking for is the factory type which came out on the series 2 R34's (white car). I believe this was to cover the rusting boot brake light. I have also found another similar East Bear item (silver car) which looks good to.
  9. 0ne of mine controls the TV aerial.
  10. Hi Noel, after owning 2 R31's one being a s2 SVD GTS manual, my first import was an R33 S2 GTS-25T Nismo enhanced sedan. Had 70,000k's fog lights sunroof 18" wheels and was in mint condition until some ahole pulled out in front of me and the car was written off. Paid $19,000 for the car in jan 05, this is the only photo i have of her as the accident happened only a few weeks after i brought it. I replaced it with an R33 s2 GTS-25t manual coupe with similar setup. Although the manual was a better car to drive, everything else was pretty much the same, the 4 door was more unique though as there are less around. I have since sold this and brought an R34 GT-x non turbo auto sedan, although i miss the manual turbo my new car came with extras like Zenon headlights, auto start, tiptronic on the steering wheel, TV, GPS ect which sought of makes up for it. The only problem is that i can't stop thinking about the one i lost. The moral is, look after your unique import (2 or 4 door) because you don't know what you've got till it's gone.
  11. My car came with the same stock wheels and i also don't like chrome wheels but thought these looked pretty good (ANZ Velvets 18" with 235's)
  12. Interested in the spoiler, please call me. Thanks Nathan. 0404053376.
  13. Top wheels, can you show a pic of the scuffed wheel?
  14. Already tried that, shuts off as soon as door opens. Realy got me stumped.
  15. Basically if a GT-T was an SS Commodore then a GT-X Turbo is like a Statesman with th same powerplant.
  16. The car has no alarm or immobiliser (yet) as it can be opened and started with a key i had copied here.
  17. My car came factory fitted with remote start which works fine especially at night with headlights on the auto setting. My problem is that as soon as you open the door the engine shuts off. Does anyone know how i can start the car, get in, and drive away without the engine shutting off. Thanks.
  18. Bought a 40 page catalogue on the R34 series sedans listing every model with pics of all inside and out, what exactly do you want to know?
  19. Yes, they are located under the centre panel on top of the engine. If you are having misfire problems, remove each coil and wipe them down with a bit of degreaser. Before refitting, spray them with a silicon spray to lubricate threads in coil mountings and to help prevent spark from going elsewhere. Should take about half an hour but ensures peak engine performance.
  20. Build ski boats for a living and applied my knowledge of restoring persrex windscreens. Basically a heavy cutting polish and a buff with a lambswool buff pad followed by a couple coats of wax to preserve the finish. The end result was simply stunning, the only difference when compared to a new headlight was a faint light brown tinge that was bearly noticable. Good luck.
  21. I think you must be looking at a GTX, i have just brought one myself and cant wait to start adding my own personal touches to it. I previously owned a S2 R33 turbo coupe, and although the GTX is a non turbo it still has 150kw, all the goodies you mentioned, uses less fuel and nearly half the insurance. It has a better interior and is a much nicer car to drive. I have the same problem with my head lights and thought that if i could,nt find a way of getting them cleaned that i would fit some eyelids to them as they are only discoloured at the top. I have also been told that the TV can be made to work for several hundred dollars. At the moment i can only receive ch 7 sound clearly but no picture. My next move is to find out what the buttons in japanese around the sat nav mean because my car came with a cd map of japan and want to know if i can buy an aus one that will work. Good luck with the car, you wont regret buying it.
  22. Hi, I am new to this so bear with me if I do not list this right. I have a question for any member out there who can help me. I have an R34 GTX Sedan and would like to purchase a set of r34 GTR wheels with 265 tyres that I have seen and would like to know whether they would fit my car. I know the stud pattern is correct but unsure of clearance from guards, etc. If anyone could answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
