Ah fair enough. Normally when I deal with salary sacrifice its employees putting additional super or laptops or cars etc....Haven't had a client salary sacrifice to get additional leave yet lol Edit: Thinking about it's essentially the same as unpaid leave I.e. You deduct a days pay so I can take a holiday tomorrow with pay or You pay me today and I take an unpaid annual leave day tomorrow
