It would be great if we all felt not-guilty of calling up a sick day when we have a cold, but in reality some work places still expect you come to work unless your really really sick I know at my work unless I'm dying I'm still expected at work even if I have a cold. Boss's would rather you come into work and spread the germs then not come in at all lol Also know alot of other workplaces like this
