    Not 100% sure to be honest. Yeah I maxed out at 280rwkw. about 200rwkw at 4,000 rpm i think It also has the top heat coating from HPC on the rear housing which cost quite a bit I was going to sell it back to Stao or put it for sale once i changed turbo's. But if you want it..! Straight bolt on too Here's a better pic

    Nah its a totally new turbo. But now the engine is too much for the turbo, the air speed coming out of the engine is choking the turbo I have a 3582 turbo from a Xr6turbo ready to go on after Xmas

    A few months ago i did a 130kg 1RM During my cut I tried again and was only 120kg flat bench and 110kg incline Hoping for a much better improvement next year

    Yup there was a year where we got emails from VECCI (HR organisation) of court cases and complaints due to inappropriate KK presents So we also had to scale down Some people just need to learn to laugh and not take life so seriously that you complain about everything!

    Ahh it is more so that compared to the girls at my work they seem to be eating in the 1200-1500 calorie range. Maybe they just dont eat enough I can confirm for science

    Out of curiosity what is your weight Leesh? Getting the wifey on a program and just trying to figure out a base calorie range for the day. Currently at 1,280 calories @ 63kg according to my fitness pal

    Ahh Leroy you and I know that feel Also Live updates from Vu @ DT Panels. Great service DT Panels had to custom cut the side skirts from the kit as they were made to fit the GTT guards from the old kit. Final result! Good result! and saves me time and money to find impossible GTR side skirts!
