    Yeah definately a good chance nohomo Do you guys have any opinions on weight gain per week/month to gain as much lean mass as possible but smallest in fat gain I've heard anywhere between 0.5kg per week to 0.5 kg per month

    Painted pics are only the very first base coat. So got a few layers of other stuff to go So will look quite a bit different when finished
