  1. I would like to keep the shape or size of the logo to only one alternative. For eg; we embroidered the FTO logo on all front and back seat headrests. All same location, same size. I am not sure if Stagea has such a logo. But the moral is, people who wants to have embroidered seat covers, they can all agree on a logo. For FTO, the cost for embroidered logo was additional $45, prob same for Stagea as well. This may cost you over $200 if you want to do it in Aus separately. Also, I need to mention that I have to run the group buy totally separated from Skylines. There will be separate group buy organised for them when I fix the pattern and samples. Max Ungun
  2. Hi All, Here is the latest status with the seat covers. Today, I have asked production to see if they have the pattern already for Stagea, as well as all different Skyline models. I know they have it for Skyline, but not sure about Stagea yet, although I strongly believe they do. If they don’t no problems, I just need to send a set of old covers to production and they will take the pattern from it in no time. As soon as I found the answer – which should take 1-2 days max- I will order some sample sets. I can always install this in someone’s car and also produce a DIY from it. Next thing is to finalise the ordering and payments. Above price was what it cost to FTOs. It shouldn’t be much different as long as the exchange rate remains same. Recently I had a comment from an FTO driver who bought this covers around 1,5 years ago. Above Black&Grey photos belong to him. He has pointed out that after using it over 18months there is no visible stretching, fading or any marks of aging. I can assure you that these cover will last for the rest of the life of your car. Regarding to logos, you can all agree on a logo and if you want to, I can get it embroidered on the covers, for the colour you want. It worked out very well for us putting the FTO logo. I ask production specifically to add padding behind the covers to increase the durability and strength of the covers in terms of stretching and a tight finish. This also increases the life of the covers significantly. Covers do not luck puffy with padding. You can also order extra raw material to do your doors, roof, gear, etc… You need to specify this in sqm. For an FTO 2sqm was enough to do the door cards, hand break, gear, speaker, and other small parts. However, I had people ordering up to 8sqm to do the roof or full boot. Production normally takes around 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order. I have a paid contractor there to check the quality of each order before sending it to Aus. This way I make sure that everybody gets the best possible quality. QA takes around 1 week. After this, each cover will be sent via FedEx fast air mail. This takes around 4 days to receive. Let me know please if you have any questions

  4. Hi All, One of the members from this club has asked me to have a visit and explain what I have been doing with FTO seat covers. I am a long time member of FTO Australia Club. And I have organised many group buys for both Australia and UK FTO clubs. I think around 130 sets in total. These are leatherette covers specifically made for individual cars. I am sure you all heard about this product. Leatherette is a product many people haven’t have much information about it. However, after seeing the results myself, I fount it to be a great, cheaper and high quality alternative. Final result looks exactly like leather. I am positive that, it is impossible to distinguish the difference between Leather and Leatherette for standard user. It also does’t feel like plastic, feels just like original leather. However, Leatherette is not a breathable material. This means it might get slightly warmer then leather in the summer months, although, leaving in Melbourne in summer, I have not feel the discomfort of it yet. Installation process is straightforward. Take off your old covers and put on the new ones. Easily doable on the weekend. I will provide a DIY guide with photos. I also have the pattern for Skyline seat covers, and about to be order some samples to see the outcome. These covers produce in Asia and FedEx airmail to individual addresses. I am here to gauge the interest. The final cost should be around $370. These includes both front and back seats. Production takes around 2 weeks for a mid sized group buy. FedEx airmail takes around 4 days to be delivered and the cost for the postage is around $40. Inner and outer colours, as well as stitching colour is customizable. Also can embroidered logos and provide extra raw material for door cards, hand break, gear, roof, etc... Please be aware that, I am not organising a group buy here. I am gauging the interest. Above prices are indicative only. If there is enough interest, group buy can start. If interested, can you please update the list below with your selection. Once we get enough numbers, I can finalise the pricing and start the group buy Nickname....Outer Colour....Inner Colour.....Stitching Colour.....Extra Material....Logo
