Hello, have to change exhuats manifold, the one i have at the moment is just shite to be honest lol. I know the 6boost manifolds are very very good, but just so expensive and not sure if i can afford. Besides the ebay manifolds, what else is out there under say $500? XForce or something i think have one but cant find any information on them! And to people that do have the ebay manifolds, are they any good? It will be holding up a GT30/40 ... I tried doing the research on my own lol but dont wanna rush into buying a manifold like the last one i have and have it turning out to be a hunk of shit. Cheers guys, Matt.

haha fair enough well im thinking its just a matter of not running enough boost and turbo not in its efficiency range? running 16.5psi and through the auto people say ill lose a fair bit just from that. ill post dyno graph tonight and everyone can have a look then... engine has only done 60,000km and runs beautifully.

Hey guys, had my car dyno's was expecting a little more but anywayz, though maybe we could have a discussion on here =D RB25DET GReddy Intake 80mm TB FMIC 3" intake pipe BOV Billet fuel rail 550cc Inj Bosche 910 pump surge tank Sard Reg high flow fttings etc GT30R .82r kazama manifold 44mm Gate 3" system splitfire coils EMS 4424 stinger Auto box, had a manual valve body but box i believe was slipping at time of tune 330rwhp @ 16.5psi think something is wrong? or do i need to retune once i get my properly built box back from top quality transmissions?

haha yeah 250 is not too bad, i had a redtop 20 with 25 turbo makin 240rwhp @ 11psi, but 270rwhp @ 12 psi i cant see happening unless its a freak lol

I had my car tuned this morning at Hyperdrive, its got a GT3082R with similar mods as urself. i went 330rwhp @ 16psi through a built auto box. had fuel issues so i could prob see 340 - 350 once sorted. i would go with the GT30 series ... they are not too laggy when tuned right, mine is very responsive and makes power through 7300rpm, pulls very, very hard =D + if yours is manual you would prob see closer to 380rwhp and im sure yours would beat these apparent stockers making 260rwhp+ on 12psi, dont believe that for a second.

eah thats my HQ with the old RB20 in it, new motor now =D like everyone says, you would really need to know what car and motor you want and then you could start looking at prices and stuff.

well i have gone from an RB30e, to RB20det and now RB25det so gotten easier lol, but it was not too bad initially. i guess it all depends on the vehicle you choose and the motor you choose. we're currently building a 2JZ conversion which i wont let off what car its going in, but it is another old school conversion =D i guess if you were really keen you could send me a PM when your ready and i can send you a business number etc. and you could talk to my old man.

We're doing it ourselves and we have hit a few problems, the manual EMS provides doesnt have a lot of information so i was wondering if anyone with any experience with these could help me out. 1) Can you wire the VVT, and where to on the ECU? 2) Fuel Pump to Aux 1? Tacho Out to Aux 2? 3) When wiring coils to the ECU, the ECU supplies ignition 1, 2 and 3. Does: IGN 1 - coils 1 and 6? IGN 2 - coils 2 and 5? IGN 3 - coils 3 and 4? 4) Can you have TPS(from RB30) closed and TPS wide open with automatic transmission? 5) The ECU provides two wires for the injectors? Which 3 injectors go to each driver? Any information would be awesome. Cheers for taking time to read anywayz!

im running a series 1 rb25 on an rb20 (series 1 is mean to be smaller/weaker) and i have been running it at 18psi for the past 2 months and it has not had a single problem lol. It doesnt matter if it does blow because the engine and turbo are just temporary, but yeah just thought id add that in haha. Not a single problem so far.

Good turn out, weather held up at start which was good, still a little slippery but had a great time. was an awesome cruise. The best bit was the end meet point, not only do i work at the Hotel but i live in Lesmurdie so suited me perfect =D got some killer ghost stories bout that joint to!! Cheers for cruise. great fun.

i thought i read on antilag forums that coastals cruise was this sat night, but the site is down, and no one else has advertised it... i assume i read wrong?

lol that front monut intercooler aint just a grill it has a purpose! yeh when the guys heard the gate open up they couldnt believe it lol, it sounded insane haha. all night i was going up next to people and letting the pod flutter and people just looked at me "wtf is in that thing?" was good fun =D

that was my first SAUWA cruise and it was great =D was in the HQ and had "FLY VY" and "LAGWAGN" with us and yeah we all enjoyed it, thanks heaps to who ever organised it, was a really good cruise!
