As a followup.. After many months searching, found spare bulbs at SRS Auto (Sydney) www.srsauto.com.au

For those interested, I found bulbs from a company called SRS Auto www.srsauto.com.au Very hard in Australia to get bulbs!!

The HID's were in the car when I bought it, so I bought some globes and got them cranking. But unfortunately they are a little bright - does the light housing need to be adjusted? Has anyone else encounted this problem too?

I just recently bought HID Globes from a company called SRS Auto...$300 for 2 bulbs 8000K I think they are : www.srsauto.com.au I have been looking EVERYWHERE and these guys are the cheapest/best to deal with..

Howdy I just my HID Kit going and it is SUPER Bright !! I mean, dangerously bright to other road users. Do the headlamps need to be adjusted? Has anyone experienced this problem.. Please PM me all other HID users !!!!

There is a fuel light - like Peckar said, it has to get pretty low first.

Even for my non turbs the insurance is quite ridiculous..but thats the price to pay for a cool car..

I have found that it is difficult to even find a company that will insure you outright (not under your parents policy)....given the type of car and age (in my case!) I am with HBF - try them for a quote

As far as the import process goes, prestige motorsport are excellent - I personally recommend them . I couldn't say a bad word about their service and assistance in the process of importing a car from Japan.
