I completely agree with eightsixboy. I would not recommend an R32 GTR in your situation.
My 32 GTR is a shinning example of what can go wrong. I imported the car at 27 yrs old. It was a high quality example with no problems when I imported it. However being a modified car and an RB26, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Starting with a blown turbo, engine rebuild, leaking shocks, brakes, steering system, the list goes on....
The plan was to keep the car stock as it was my daily driver. I've since modified it more for track work and it has become uncomfortable so I had to buy a commo as daily.
If I were you, I would stick with the latest model car you can afford and keep it completely stock until you pay off the loan. That would be the smart thing to do. Wish someone warned me!
