  1. I don't know how many people are going to give up their download allowances for this? Either they're just going to upload low-quality media (crap) or they're going to spend a lot of time (dialup) and money (broadband) uploading the good stuff. Still, I guess it could be handy for "file sharing".
  2. Well, there will be costs - but only in materials, not time. Also, I would prefer to retouch/enhance photos myself as I have the originals to work from. That said, I don't mind having photos modified - if they look good.
  3. BTW, thanks for the kind words fellas. I'm currently digitizing the GOR shots.
  4. I can do it, PM me when you're ready. Jun's MCCR-affiliated though isn't he? Anyway, he takes great shots.
  5. Happy birthday James. Hope you have a great day.
  6. CBs were great, definitely a worthwhile investment if you plan to go on a few cruises - useful for speed/hazard/police reports etc. Also, don't buy those 500mW cheapo units, fork out the extra for a 2W unit at least.
  7. That's a great shot! I wish I had of taken some panoramics now.
  8. I may have a room available in Greensborough if you're interested. Off street parking available. About 25mins away without traffic, hour at the most in peak. PM me if you're interested.
  9. Great cruise, great turnout, great bunch of guys. :headspin: I took around 120 shots on film (obviously I'm the only one still using it?!), should have them up in a couple of days. I saw so many digital cameras out there, some really nice equipment too, where are all the shots fellas?
  10. These guys hire radios if anyone's interested. $25 + GST for a weekend. Might check them out if I have time. http://www.renta2way.com.au/
  11. What are they worth? I think it'd be handy to have one.
  12. I have to leave the GOR cruise around 2pm. Do you guys think we'll actually get to a decent photo location (on the GOR) by then?
  13. I think what you mean is how do you find time to do ANYTHING during the week? Luckily for me, the team I work in cover 8am to 6:30pm so there's a bit of room to move if you need to.
  14. I'm guessing nark means for long exposures eg. at night. Most cameras have a Manual (M) mode which does this.
  15. I heard everyone talking about flyers last week, but can someone explain what they do for us? What do we do with them?
  16. I won't be present tonight. James, I'll send you my input.
  17. There's no need for this, as we are simply a bunch of cars cruising down a road together. There shouldn't be any funny business (as has been stated several times now), nor will it be tolerated. I'm a bit worried about the forecast that's coming for the rest of the week though, seems like 30 degrees may be bit off now.
  18. Hi all, I have a full set of Genuine Nissan R33 Series 2 Floor Mats (5 pieces) for sale. They are in great condition. Melbourne only at this stage. Asking $150 ono PS. I attend most of the MAS meetings so Melbourne guys can hook up there. -Greg.
  19. I'll be at the western meeting point - I'll be easy to pick - the guy driving the Fairmont.
  20. That car is THE representation of Skylines Australia. Fantastic work Sam.
  21. My g/f and possibly a (nice) friend are up for a bit of promoting. Time to start thinking about when the next meeting will be held? GOR cruise? Horus, you legend!
  22. As I mentioned to Ash last night, I've got a heap of small spot lights in different colours (and clear) we can use next to cars etc.
