They virtually the same, the only difference is the colour. $650 is with the polished piping, where as the cheaper one has the red colour piping. everything else is the same.

yes, if you have a boost gauge you can see the 2-4psi improvement and the better throttle responsiveness. With our pipe, you will feel the difference straight away, especially at low and mid range, that is where we use most. Better drivability.
